    @BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

    @BarclaysUKHelp I’m a 9 months pregnant customer, court hearing with @BarclaysUK in 2 weeks. @BarclaysUK missed court deadline in February to provide information to us for 3rd party debt order filed against it. Still no reply from your court orders team!

    @BarclaysUK i've been trying to contact your customer services to close down an account and can never get through. Can you help me please?? It shouldn't take 3 calls and waits of over 20 mins to get through to someone. Thanks

    @BarclaysUK you promised to reply last week, have you heard back from court orders team whether they can reply to third party debt order, or pass on to branch with sort code 20-97-40? Is nobody able to help even though @BarclaysUK missed court deadline?!

    Lol. When you're arguing for a good hour with @BarclaysUK credit support team. "Kindly check your statement again". I've checked it 5 times mate. I've got it up on my dual monitors. What you're saying has happened. Hasn't happened.

    @BarclaysUKHelp have you found out who my complaints handler is that you spoke to earlier today? I can’t locate who it is, and not heard back from anyone at @BarclaysUK about the court order information at all yet, nor from the complaints team. Please help.

    @BarclaysUK 0/10 for customer service I'm afraid and I feel sorry for the vulnerable people and elderly who are not used to carrying out transaction digitally. Aside from the very real danger of pickpockets, the stress of going to the bank would deter them from even attempting a trip.
