@BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

@BarclaysUK why can’t I speak to a real person in your dormancy team? You closed my charity account during the pandemic and have the charity’s money and I’ve been trying to get it back for a year!! Currently on phone again and two hours in and still no help Aaaagh!

@BarclaysUKHelp Hello, We have a cheque we need to deposit but are not having much luck. Our local @BarclaysUK branch is closed and our next nearest is closing down next week. Understand it can be done at a Post Office but we will need some special envelopes and deposit slips?

@BarclaysUK your customer service is an absolute disgrace. I have been on hold all morning. When I finally get through to a human the service is terrible and I have been disconnected several times, with no call back!!
