    @BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

    @BarclaysUK I have just talked to someone from your Customer support and when I realised that he was from Italy, I tried speaking Italian. He said that at Barclays it was not encouraged to speak in other languages on the phone. A good example of Nationalism! #ShameOnYou

    @BarclaysUK Hi, My card has expired, I haven't received new one(Likely because I haven't used it in a bit) Got a text to"contact us". Which btw would be more helpful to get before card expires not after... I'm not big on calls(hearing) will you be able to help here through DMs?

    I’ve used the @BarclaysUK Smartpay anywhere for over a week now. It’s awful. The battery lasts around 3 hours. The App is clunky. The device doesn’t process the transaction roughly 1/5 times. Customer service was average at best. @SumUp works a lot better.

    @BarclaysUK i am a Barclays account holder since September 2018, i moved back to India in aug 2020 due to some personal reason. Now I am getting back to UK this month end. Can you please help me with the process of getting new card and activate my account(if not already)?

    @artmaccarmaig @BarclaysUK I used an ATM. It took the money from my account, but didn't give me the cash. They make it exceptionally frustrating to get the problem resolved, with call-tree after call-tree. And having to enter strings of numbers. It couldn't be worse if they tried.

    okay, @BarclaysUK, why do you have the title "Mx" in the drop-down menu for AIPs but when you select it you get an error code? what the heck?
