    @BarclaysUK @Barclays the tech pack is truly awful yet again paid for the account for years a claim comes along the timescales are awful with likewize and they use same tactics every time suspend it and ask for more info to buy even more time. Just a sham. Crap service!

    What the actual **** @BarclaysUK I want to report my card as lost or stolen and your stupid POS telephone system has sent me round the houses twice and now tells me it'll take up to 90 minutes to connect me.

    @BarclaysUK Hi! I’m trying to make my mortgage payment as my direct debit for this month has not gone through. App isn’t working and crashes whenever I enter card details. If I transfer to the mortgage account instead, will this work?

    @BarclaysUKHelp There's a waiting time of 90 minutes for complaints too! I'm also now going on to find out how I can report @BarclaysUK to the @TheFCA for the shocking lack of service. This is utterly ridiculous.

    Dear God @BarclaysUK chat service is appalling 5 hours and still waiting on a response - closing Branches should mean a better online/telephone service !
