@BarclaysUK absolutely disgusting of you incompetent clowns to keep hanging up on me 15 mins and 17 mins on hold during telephone banking. TWICE this happened using mobile and landline. Before you start, DON'T push internet banking or apps on me. Just fix that call problem!

@Egmnnnnnn @BarclaysUK Yuck. Why use that dribble when the Barclays banking app has a much better payment service. For one, it does work anywhere a card does (unlike GPay) and you can also withdraw cash with the app. If you want to use Barclays on GPay, use @imaginecurve

@BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

@BarclaysUK It's ironic. The Barclays app is the only app I've tested which has major VoiceOver issues with the iOS 16 beta. Usually, I'm singing its praises as a model of #accessibility. I'm sure the developers will act & ensure that blind customers can still use mobile banking this autumn!
