@BarclaysUK I am still waiting on a £3608 refund owed to me after countless complaints for over a year. Every complaint ends with someone saying to call or chat another day. The service has been appalling & I have lost a huge amount of time/work which should never be necessary!

  • bdegi1 bdegi (@bdegi1) reported

@BarclaysUK today they block binance, tomorrow they will decide, which company people must choose buying daily products

  • DifferentEndz Valdis Bičevskis (@DifferentEndz) reported from Ealing, England

@BarclaysUK why did you suspend transfers with binance but not other exchanges if you are “protecting our funds”? Binance got insurance on funds, if anything, they are the safest exchange to buy crypto, yet you crack down on it. Hope everyone does the right move and switch banks!

@BarclaysUK kiss this customer good bye. Fare well.

@YEYEmeta @BarclaysUK 2) people with janky Internet connections can press buy it now earlier as they are aware how fast/slow their connection is. Now the responsibility of server latency is completely in ecomi's hands, which means users are at the mercy of the Internet gods haha

  • YEYEmeta YEYE ⭕ (@YEYEmeta) reported

@SurprisedCat @BarclaysUK good for you kay~ on another note, are you aware that different devices have different timers. my iphone is 22 seconds slowler than my android in counting down the minutes. my ghosttrap looks further and further away now...

Although I am not a "blogger/social media person", some of the stories and situations I got in are so unbelievable, that I decided to share them. It may help to another folks to learn from my failures. Let's start with @BarclaysUK . Stay tuned 🇬🇧🇪🇺💰

  • CJCHowarth Christopher Howarth (@CJCHowarth) reported

@BarclaysUKHelp 35 mins on hold. Got through! And then they refused to discuss the fact you have closed the account and wont give access. I.e you stolen the money. Sent on to another number... which has a recording saying you won't discuss it. #dreadfulbank #theft @barclays @BarclaysUK

  • Jakobowzki Jakob Walitzki (@Jakobowzki) reported

@Christo28231393 @BarclaysUK Send a Dm I can help fixed this

  • OlihUK Oli Hall (@OlihUK) reported

@BarclaysUK charging 2.15% for international money transfers with no fee cap is scandalous. Customer service tells me it’s the same if you are transferring £100 or £1m. Not competitive and don’t care. Time to change bank after 35 years.
