    @BarclaysUK It's ironic. The Barclays app is the only app I've tested which has major VoiceOver issues with the iOS 16 beta. Usually, I'm singing its praises as a model of #accessibility. I'm sure the developers will act & ensure that blind customers can still use mobile banking this autumn!

    @BarclaysUK I have been a customer at Barclays Bank for over 40 years. I thought I was a valued Customer but Barclays have said will be withdrawing my Premier Account as I don't earn or save enough with them. I will be changing Banks to a Bank that appreciates their Customers

    Yeah so my bank @BarclaysUK blocked my account for security threat yes the threat was my employer paying my salary 😡 I couldn’t even get access to my own savings same account for about 10 days shame on you @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK Update. The contacts app has just started crashing on start-up as well. And that is both with VoiceOver enabled and disabled. So there is certainly another app encountering serious problems in the #iOS16 public. Beta 4 on my iPhone.

    A thread 🧵 for @BarclaysUK For over eight weeks, the sale of land in the U.K. has been stalled due to a small amount of debt. @Barclays @BarclaysUK are the owners of this debt, but they don’t have it in their system, and NOT ONE PERSON is stepping up to help us solve it.

    I am absolutely disgusted with @BarclaysUK - I requested a new debit card 21 DAYS AGO &, having come back from hol, see it’s still not arrived. I start a new job tomorrow and STILL don’t have access to my own money - I can’t even get out cash?! Do something @BarclaysUKHelp

    @BarclaysUK You are sending my card to the wrong address for the second time, the app doesn’t work, can’t access online banking because the card I have has expired and I waited 40 minutes to speak with NOBODY. Truly one of the worse customer experience of my life
