    @BarclaysUK worst bank ever, South Shields branch closed YET AGAIN after trailing all the way down town today to find that the closet branch open is miles away in Sunderland after they have closed all of their other sub branches in the town, looks like its time to find a new bank

    Hello @BarclaysUK. I think it is time to fix the Branch Finder on your website and ensure that it is kept up-to-date regularly. I checked it this morning to see if my local branch was open today, and to my delight, it was! Yet when I arrive at the door, it is closed! Misleading.

    Appealing service from @BarclaysUK tonight.. 7 hours on the chat service and still no resolution.. 2 hours waiting for someone to answer the phone and then they tell me I'm too late and to call back tomorrow. An auauthorised payment has taken my money and my child has no food!!

    @BarclaysUKHelp STILL would like to know WHAT the security issue could possibly be. It seems @Barclays @BarclaysUK are using this as a get out jail free card. Don't see that in your commercials when discussing online security

    @BarclaysUK Was told to come into your branch to speak to someone as you couldn't provide a service online. Turned up, with proof and witness, and the only person who could do it couldn't do it as they don't have time. Was told it would only take 10 mins. What service is this?

    Barclays is the worst bank. No rewards for saving, just pennies per month. Awful customer service with barely any staff in their branches. Disgusting, going to switch. @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    @BarclaysLDN @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK , one of the worst support experience . I called in as my credit card’s contactless is not working . voice recognition is horrible and never get why I called , later it asked me check on app for booking a callback , on app it is not there
