  @BarclaysUK is there an email address I can email? It’s in regards to a refund letter I got. Phoned customer service and was terrible, sent over 1 hour and passed around 6 people.

  Not quite sure what @BarclaysUK have done to their app which they forced me to update, but it’s terrible and hardly works.

  @BarclaysUK avoid tech pack insurance with Barclays through bright star insurance wherever possible on hold for over an hour everytime! Say they have sorted the problem abd then debit £400 out of your account for no reason but will not answer the phone!!! Worst customer service!
