@BarclaysUK anyone else found Barclays impossible to contact. Wanted to change my credit card type, app won't let me ,tried phoning, minimum 90 minute wait, chat online does not work. Not much use if you need to contact,not even an email contact form.

@BarclaysUK your Barclays assistant on the app is so annoying and unhelpful. I opened a savings account about a month ago and I haven’t received a card. When I try to talk to someone it tells me to report the card as lost or stolen but doesn’t list the card. Can you help?

@BarclaysUK @Barclays 50 mins to get through, bad line so had to disconnect. Online banking blocked, 2hrs to get through, then cut off. Can't go to my local branch as it's been closed down. Not happy!!!!

Wow, I've never experienced such a badly designed telephone banking service, as I have today with @BarclaysUK - the automated service is a shambles with no cohesion between online and telephone. Got looped 3 times only then to be told I'll have to wait 1+ hour 2 talk with a human

@BarclaysUK get rid of your video and ID verification on the app. Opened debit account only to access chat as you won't answer phones about my credit card. No online messaging. Local branch closed down. Why so difficult??? HSBC opened no issues no silly video verification needed
