    @JaneSymons1 @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp If it's any comfort, it's taken 22 days for me to resolve a problem with my bank. Vastly hampered by having to go through Relay UK (service for deaf people) which breaks every time you are put on hold, go into a queue, are transferred etc. You're not supposed to involve 1/n

    @BarclaysUK lost EMV in app because instead of fixing a simple bug, they ridded it and delegated it to G/S/A/Pay. This was because their inferior coding abilities couldn't fix a potentially epileptic inducing bug. Makes you wonder, where else does the app fall short?

    @BarclaysUK just got approved for a credit card, got confirmation that I successfully registered for online account management, tried to log in using the ID given and am receiving "sorry there's been a problem with our system please try again". Please help

    @BarclaysUK has certainly gone down hill. I have been a customer for almost 40 years and a Premier Customer for about 20, but no one can answer my questions either over the phone or in branch. Very disappointing

    @BarclaysUK Thank you at last for seeing sense and allowing us to use Google Pay with Barclays. Your App was terrible, it's embarrassing it took this long.
