Considering financial ombudsman as this is an utter joke. Has been the worst company to deal with for a bereavement! Massive disappointment and stressful

Refused to show me the pin sentry identify flow and then locked me out. Are banks uniquely bad at building software? Money they make it should be the best on the planet...

Jim Willetts (@Praguelad) reported@BarclaysUK Feel like I'm being scammed by you guys. It's pretty duplicitious to say counter transactions are down in the pandemic when you wouldn't let most people in, and then use that as an excuse to close my local branch. Expect me to be closing my account soon.
