    @StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

    Anyone else’s @BarclaysUK app been complete dog **** the last couple months? Constant ******* glitches, stupid messages about jail broken phones even when your phone isn’t jail-broken? I cannot ******* stand it, recommend a better bank cause in all ears

    @BarclaysUKHelp You’ve lost a high net worth customer because you’ve made it progressively more difficult for her to bank with you. Just spoke to my father in law who switched from @barclaysuk to @AskNationwide. He was also totally dismayed by how rubbish you’ve become.

    Anyone else having issues with @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I went to my app to check my bank did my Face ID asked for my passcode I did that. It loaded my account then kicked me out and said I’m not registered. I just had to register again!

    @BarclaysUK please can you provide an email address to send a bank statement to regarding some shares. My father in law spoke to someone but took the email address down wrong. For smart investor. Thanks

    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

    Disappointing @BarclaysUK Cust Serv - didn’t know @MartinSLewis current account switch rewards & could not answer basic Q’s about the app. Questionable training? Hmm. Off putting for a potential switch customer (gone elsewhere)
