So how am I supposed to actually make a complaint?

The exception in my opinion is @OctopusEnergy who are usually great and focused on the customers' needs, a real rarity

Barclays closed my account down without notice including my barclaycard in Dec 24 without a reason but I suspect it was my #bitcoin purchases.
