    @BarclaysUK New terms and conditions opening the app on Apple iPhone does not show accept/decline option so cannot clear page to access account. Works on android, not Apple.

    @BarclaysUK I want to close my account, I have a credit card with £0 balance. Your phone lines are only Mon-Fri and the app help section literally has not worked for weeks. Incredibly frustrating

    Hey @BarclaysUK your chat service in app absolutely stinks as does most of your app. Little option to input anything anywhere it’s literally just non applicable options to select or call - something I struggle with.

    @StuartMaggs @BarclaysUK Since we still had a working bank card, we moved all the money out - it was only a few hundred quid - in cash and opened an account with a different bank. For all I know the Santander bank is still sending stuff to the wrong address.

    @BarclaysUK I think your Orca ad is terrible! It’s psychologically putting pressure on those living at home to go out and get a mortgage because there’s something wrong with living at home! What a dreadful message to put out! 😡#Familylove
