So I had some money on my checking account at @BarclaysUK. They decided to close it because I’m no longer a UK resident and default on all my direct debit without telling me. Now they say, it may take up to 12 weeks to access my money! Genius! @jeuasommenulle

@BarclaysUK your customer support has gone downhill in recent years. What would you take to issue me a new debit card to replace an expired one? Do you really expect customers to remind you about things like that? How does one contact you from abroad via email?

@BarclaysUK my son’s card has stopped working for contactless. How can this be fixed? His school bus doesn’t have the option to insert his card, so he cannot get home unless he has cash, which they don’t like him using
