Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.
