@BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I called in bang on 7am which is your ‘most quietest time’. Told the wait is 5-10mins and 45mins later guess what… I’m STILL on hold! A silly admin error on your side has now cost me over £2000. Terrible customer service!

@BarclaysUK Your customer service is horrendous at the moment. I am fed up with being put on hold for over 15 minutes every time I call. I am a”premier” customer and yet I left feeling let down and ignored. I am currently on hold (over 9 minutes)!!!

Why do I have to explain to @BarclaysUK staff that the chip and sign cards they issue don't magically have a hidden PIN that is used sometimes. Here's a hint. A chip and sign card with a pin is called a CHIP AND PIN CARD. It's not a sign card if it has a pin in any form.

@BarclaysUK Appalling customer service this week! Made a simple request via chat to arrange a large cash withdrawal, 3 days later still not sorted, visited the bank and collection not available. Branches being closed, staff reduced, hours in replying. Been with you 35 years 😡😡
