  @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

  Def changing banks now due to how poor service at @BarclaysUK is. Awful banking app, long waiting times to speak to a human being, and to top things off my 2 closest branches have recently shut meaning I'm more or less reliant on phone / app to speak to someone. 0/10

  @BarclaysUK been on hold for over 50 minutes now. Ridiculous. I’m a potential new customer enquiring about a recent application. I’ve waited 3 weeks so far with no comms, and can’t get through to anyone. Called yesterday, waited 35 minutes for someone to answer and cut me off.

  @HMRCgovuk if you moved your banking from @BarclaysUK to one which isn’t investing in the destruction of our life support systems it would send a clear message that you’re serious about protecting our kids from the existential threat of climate breakdown. #breakupwithbarclays

  @BarclaysUK complaints team asked me to call the Ombudsman for a technical problem? A simple single user problem the customer success team have been either unable or unwilling to resolve in 30 months. @BarclaysUK @Barclays

  @BarclaysUK so live chat says call - so I call - phone message says service shut - try direct call from app - message says we now deal in live chat? Is customer service now a thing of the past for Barclays - no branch access, no phone access, bad live chat? I just want my money!!
