    @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

    So another week comes to a close, and not a peep from @BarclaysUK or @BarclaysUKHelp a 24/7 helpline that's not followed up on. A customer process that's ignored. an ombudsman's recommendation to negotiate that's ignored, a bank who'd rather not deal with a problem they made

    @BarclaysUK how hard is it to set up a child's debit? Tried the app said to contact you. Call twice and get cut off. No appointments in my local branch for Weeks, that your closing soon. Terrible customer service

    @karen_swainston Just held in for 2 hours 20 mins for @BarclaysUK only to be cut off ! Responding to their request for me to contact them by phone ! They cannot expect small business owners to spend this amount of time just trying to speak to someone - such poor customer service

    When are you going to fix the iOS app @BarclaysUK? The responsiveness of the “pay a recent or new payee button” has been a problem for months now, but none of your updates seem to fix it.

    @AppleSupport What do you mean if i have used this kind of code before? My bank sends me this code after every 5 months or so. It’s a perk of being their customer. So i cnt redeem the perks of banking with @BarclaysUK? Is that what you are telling me? Maybe i misunderstood @BarclaysUKHelp

    @BarclaysUK statement from my accounts folder. But they want details for a DD from my _personal_ account to verify my _business_ details. And I do not have the same instant access to statements for my personal account, so yes, you are indeed asking me to remember details _I AM NOT ABLE TOO_

    @BarclaysUK been on a very Slow ‘chat’ for 3 hours .. now chat is unavailable.. unresolved problem .. unacceptable when you cannot speak to anyone !

    @BarclaysUK Had to call helpline as online mortgage account information appears to be incorrect. Was on hold for 59 minutes, only to be cut off. Terrible customer service.
