    @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

    @BarclaysUK had a wasted journey to a branch as your website told me the counter was open only to be told it’s not open at all on Thursday & Saturday. Please tell me that the branch should’ve communicated this to the main team - information should be accurate. It’s frustrating.

    @BarclaysUK Trying to download my Barclaycard statements. Tried firefox and google chrome. Have cleared the cookies and updated the browsers. Keep getting this error message on all except for the most recent: ReturnCode=005&ReasonCode=ERR017

    @MartinSLewis @BarclaysUK Tried to book an appointment with Barclays to open an ISA as unable to open online as I’m a new customer. First appointment available is 25 January in Swansea or 12 February in Llanelli. Can’t believe the length of time 1/2
