    @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

    @BarclaysUK 40 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call to the international payments line. Why is the service so poor now? COVID should no longer be a reason.

    Do any people work for @BarclaysUK THE WORST customer services ever. Even worse than @Hermesparcels and that’s saying something. Maybe they are vying for some kind of incompetent World Cup!

    @BarclaysUK your Redhill branch is shocking on a Saturday, hardly any staff, when they do come over they just direct you to the machines no counter with actual people is open on Saturdays, so my business cheques will have to wait until Monday and a wasted trip, bad service!!

    @BarclaysUK I have been a customer for 20+ years. I have overdrafts with other banks but not with you, I can get a loan elsewhere but not with you. You are one of the least ethical bank there is out there.

    Honestly @BarclaysUK you really do need to improve your customer service which has become appalling. Countless mistakes with my mortgage application & nobody ever to speak to. I'm now on the verge of losing my house because of your admin issues. Not acceptable #CustomerExperience
