  @BarclaysUK is a truly dreadful bank. Essentially NO decent services for anyone without internet access & indeed most account options being unavailable to non-computer users, thereby being intrinsically ageist. Their "advisors" (not an apt description) are also unable to advise!

  @BarclaysUK Hi, because we don't have a bank locally now would it be okay if I took someone else's bank card to the nearest branch, along with a cheque, for it to be put into their account to save them the journey? Thanks in advance for your help

  @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & it’s a new apple phone bought from apple. She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting

  Anybody else had to wait on @BarclaysUK @Barclays to release a charge on a property? Loan paid off 2 yrs ago! Been nearly 1 week since contacting them to get any positive response! Refinancing being delayed causing cash flow issues !!

  @BarclaysUK I have a standing order due to go out today but it was declined. Plenty of money to cover it but I woke up to a text message saying there was a system problem last night. How do I push this payment through as it’s for parking which I’m due to use today?
