Today I can not access any features on Barclays online banking - your website has been almost useless recently, and now I can’t make any payments at all or access messages/help. When will this be fixed? It is stopping me from running my business. @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK why isn't my card working xcx

@BarclaysUK you're service is worse than shocking 1.5 hours on hold trying to sort a fraudulent payment Apparently I can't close my account unless I speak to you, well how long is that gonna take ! #CustomerService #possiblytheworstbank #

@kendalandy @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK I call Barclays at least twice a week. The tweet thread references what was said in a phonecall with them, and what they said to me, so I think it's safe to say THEY KNOW. This is an issue which I've spoken to them about, at least a few hundred times over the past 10 years.

  • CoxCarrina Carrina Cox (@CoxCarrina) reported

@BarclaysUK hey there each time I try to insert my card into the machine it's not working so what can I do about it xcx

@BarclaysUK @Barclays @BarclaysUKHelp the changes to the Blue Rewards product make no sense. You might as well just get rid of the product now…The cashback options are terrible already and now you’re reducing the reward amount…

@mikebanyard67 @BarclaysUK @StarlingBank Problem is that Starling have some sort of setting on my account that will not allow FPS In !!!!! Only been waiting 24 hours and they still can't fix it

  • DominicGlynn1 Dominic Glynn (@DominicGlynn1) reported

@RobertBabbs @BarclaysUK Fair enough, but why does the website give a “24 hour 7 day a week” phone number to ring if customers can’t login, but when we call the helpline is closed?

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp You are certainly not as nice or friendly as Lloyds Bank customer service.

@BarclaysUK Can I ask that you add an 'on keypress handler' to your desktop login page, so that instead of having to click login I can just hit return? That would be a useful feature from an accessibility point of view. Most sites have that, and it's an easy piece of coding. Ta!
