    @BarclaysUK Made an international payment over a week ago - not yet received by recipient. Tried to call you, got sent round in circles. Tried 'Chat' on the app - not currently available. Tried secure messaging on website - not currently available. What kind of crap joke is this?

    @BarclaysUK really poor service from tech pack. Requested a call back and got a woman who could not understand a word I said. ! She then hung up on me!!!! Pay good money each month for this!!!!

    Tried to open a bank account for my 13YO son @BarclaysUK yesterday, really poor customer service- was told basically that as I don’t bank with them that’s it’s difficult to open an account, felt like we were fobbed off and it was in the too difficult to do box #disappointed
