4 months since my Barclays account got closed (my error) and still haven’t been able to reopen an account. It’s such a shame @BarclaysUK because prior to this the customer service was always great!

@BarclaysUK @Barclaycard why does barclaycard think it is acceptable for a customer to wait up to 10 days for a replacement card and told at the time about 5 days when the card is blocked because of fraud activity ?

@BarclaysUK In the last visit I felt the whole process was very disrespectful for me. They are respecting their internal processes more than their potential customer (which makes no sense to me).

@HSBC_UK Not good enough is it? How many more disruptions are we due to expect? This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. I don't see @BarclaysUK having issues

@BarclaysUK - Why does your Barclays credit card dispute team only provide lies? It is impossible to log any complaint about them. The only way to get any help is by calling them, but all they do is provide lies and nothing else. Why do you have such a useless team in place?
