@BarclaysUK barclays seems to have fired their engineers coders back in 2010, the service is so old that it’s incredible how it’s still surviving on 2023. Maybe it’s the target audience that is non technology friendly so it works for them “staying in the past”

@BarclaysUK -switched my account away from @NatWest_Help and the switch service has meant my outstanding balance has not transferred over, so I’m without funds. Your CS told me it could be days before I have money in my account. Maybe don’t sell the switch service as seamless.

@TheFMofficer @BarclaysUK I bank with them personally used to have a business account with them . I agree with you. 5000 grand disappeared from my business account , all the missing transactions made to " Mr Green " gambling site . I did get the money deposited back in my bank though

@BarclaysUK My husband just sent an email to Matt Hammerstein about the appalling service he has had from Barclays . 52 years of being with the bank ,they can not even be bothered to deal with his request - 10 conversations on chat line , 3 1/2 hours on telephone. No result

Dear @BarclaysUK when your fraud prevention becomes service prevention, you’re getting it wrong.

@BarclaysUK #matthammerstein Welcome response at last to my complaint. So sad that an individual has to resort to public exposure on social media before they get the customer service they deserve #beproactive not #reactive

hey @BarclaysUK is unilaterally closing a credit account within a month of opening it, with no notice, for an existing premier customer, and having the Fraud department make the notification considered Treating Customers Fairly?
