  @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK my Barclays app says I have no bank cards?? Just tried to pay for something at tescos and my card is not only not working, but my app says it doesn’t exist!! What’s happening??

  @BarclaysUK Are there any human beings still working at Barclay? 12 calls of over 5 minutes each, hanging on to the phone an nobody answers. These numbers were given to me on e mail by Barclays. Customer service? Non existent.

  @Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We actived the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and supprize supprize u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it". Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?

  @BarclaysUK hi my credit card account has completely vanished, can't access on app or online. Why is this?

  @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)

  @BarclaysUK out of all the recent financial cumponess I've dealt with just simple answers - Barkley is the worst, but in fairness. Not a hard question yet no help!!!

  So Barclays Bank has gone from our high street. Nearest one is now MK which is 30 mins away. I have a new phone and no access to the app therefore no access to any money @BarclaysUK
