    Shoutout to @BarclaysUK for continuing to send me bank alert emails regarding an account I closed 8 yrs ago when I was an Erasmus student in the UK, and asking me to “go to my local office or call” a UK number. When I said that’s impossible because I don’t live there, 1/2

    @DipoAW The @BarclaysUK App is still broken on #android12 of you use their credit cards so wouldnt get too excited!

    Unacceptable customer service experienced over the weekend @BarclaysUK Fawcett street branch in Sunderland. Condescending and dismissive attitude from a staff member I have ever seen in the last 10 years as customer #BlackHistoryMonth

    @BarclaysUK & @Barclays To report a lost or stolen card your site says "Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week." But this is not true, they shut at 5pm on a weekend, I have had my card lost/stolen and cannot cancel it! Tried logging it through my wifes app, but no good!

    @BarclaysUK Opening a bank account in Ely Cambs is taking a full month, still mobile app is not working. 4 visits to local branch so far. By default you open 2 accounts? (1 closed now) Each time you had made copies of same sensitive personal docs, are you destroying them?
