@BarclaysUK Hi Barclays. When are you going to sort out the rubbishness of contact mobile payments on Android phone? I was really embarrassed in the shop last night because it wouldn't work again! I want the convenience of paying on my phone. Please fix it. It's been too long.

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp how do I speak to someone? I’m an existing customer, need to speak to someone, continuing on hold….

@karlsutt @BarclaysUK The problem is they're threatening me with suspending my business account. It's comically retarded. I'm now in full research mode -- looking to move my business account (and maybe personal accounts, too) away from @BarclaysUK. It's like dealing with degenerates.

  • OhPetePETE1 Andrew Cleese (@OhPetePETE1) reported

@_RetweetPete @BarclaysUK Same here. @barclays has been steradily collapsing over recent years. Today they are in chaos. They've put up a wall against their customers. Impossible to speak with them. I was even turned away in branch. They just said "call this number" and pleaded with me to leave.

@BarclaysUK Hello, how can I pay a cheque into my account now all my local branches are closed. I tried to do it online but can't find how. All the help pages only mention your app which I can't use?

@MartinSLewis @BarclaysUK hitting customers with ERC who want to renegotiate a new mortgage deal whilst the cost of living crisis goes on, in other words profiteering at a time when they can help.
