    @BarclaysUK 3) what did she do, put me through to India who could not understand and she cut me off. Tried to speak to Jess again and she finished work at 3pm and said she would call me Monday. Fat lot of good! Rubbish service. Ended up buying laptop on debit card. Waste of time

    @BarclaysUK Opening a bank account in Ely Cambs is taking a full month, still mobile app is not working. 4 visits to local branch so far. By default you open 2 accounts? (1 closed now) Each time you had made copies of same sensitive personal docs, are you destroying them?

    @BarclaysUK Santosh at the dartford branch was so helpful and gave great customer service we had a chat and she signed me up for life insurance, she also gave me some good advice in regards to banking and general things
