@BarclaysUK Hi, can someone tell me how I delete payee’s on the app, or do I need to sign in online to do so? I’ve tried searching and get told “Pay & Transfer>Manage & Track>Manage Saved Payee List. The only matching option I have is Pay & Transfer?

@thegriffter @YvetteHenson @BarclaysUK Terrible customer services too. I applied and was accepted for a card last year. After the card arrived they asked for tax office paperwork it was impossible for me to get at that point in time so they closed the account down. Utterly pointless exercise.

@BarclaysUK if u r in ‘persistent debt’ (have an expired card n make minimum payments 👀) Barclays remove ur ability to be able to make online payments and access ur statements. So u make it harder to get on top of & monitor the debt … make that make sense 🤔

@BarclaysUK chat service is sooooo bad! Been trying for almost 24 hours to cancel and a recall a direct debit that was not due and now the chat service has gone down. #poor especially when they keep pushing you to that service.
