    @BarclaysUK Hi, can someone tell me how I delete payee’s on the app, or do I need to sign in online to do so? I’ve tried searching and get told “Pay & Transfer>Manage & Track>Manage Saved Payee List. The only matching option I have is Pay & Transfer?

    @MarkM1177 @BarclaysUK In our experience Barclays only use “it’s policy” when it suits them - and manage not to follow policy when it’s important for the customer.

    @YardleyShooting Yes. @BarclaysUK is particularly dire - apparently they always have high volumes of calls & you have to wait for over an hour to speak to a person & explain your problem all over again tho it’s been the same for the past two months & they still do nothing! Wits end! 🤕

    @BarclaysUK I have made 3 attempts to call your customer services, each time with a 30-40 min wait, then finally reaching a person only to be cut off when being transferred to another department. Can someone please contact me urgently?
