    @BarclaysUK get rid of your video and ID verification on the app. Opened debit account only to access chat as you won't answer phones about my credit card. No online messaging. Local branch closed down. Why so difficult??? HSBC opened no issues no silly video verification needed

    @BarclaysUK Our customers can't withdraw money, which places pressure on local businesses and loses the high street vital income. "Bank online" doesn't help the high street or the local businesses. Didn't really think it through really...

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK just popped to my trusted high street branch after 40 years of banking there to find it’s closed! Not great communications and customer relations….feel for the older people in the local area.

    Wow, I've never experienced such a badly designed telephone banking service, as I have today with @BarclaysUK - the automated service is a shambles with no cohesion between online and telephone. Got looped 3 times only then to be told I'll have to wait 1+ hour 2 talk with a human

    @Barclays provides the worst service EVER to their customers. They ask you to update your business details but the weapp doesn't allows it. They threat you to freeze your account if you don't do. They don't let you talk with a human. @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp #barclays
