    After all this debating leaving @BarclaysUK for the first time since I opened a bank account Their online support is appalling (hours of going round in circles with multiple people) and it’s impossible to get them on the phone. Any UK based banks worth switching to?

    @BarclaysUK Wasting hours waiting for a video chat on your service to set up a bank account for our daughter only for it show 'technical hitch' and timeout. Is it working?

    Hello @BarclaysUK. In my honest opinion, the Branch Finder on your website needs a complete overhaul and regular updating. I checked it this morning to see if my local branch was open today, and to my delight, it was! Yet, I arrived at the door to find it closed! Misleading 🙄

    @BarclaysUK feeling very frustrated by your in app chat service - had to wait 30+ minutes for a human to connect, had one message and now been waiting 50 mins for any further communication…! I need answers but getting no help! Totally unimpressed at such poor customer service 🤬

    @BarclaysUK worst bank ever, South Shields branch closed YET AGAIN after trailing all the way down town today to find that the closet branch open is miles away in Sunderland after they have closed all of their other sub branches in the town, looks like its time to find a new bank

    @BarclaysUK I have been waiting for someone to respond on your chat service for over an hour. 2 colleague joined and never responding- what is going on!!! Service is dire. Tried calling not going through. Need my issue resolved please respond
