    @BarclaysUK chat support in the app just been horrendous recently. Whenever I try to connect with a human the AI chatbot seems to ask a few questions then assume stupid requests and end it with - we can’t connect you with someone at the moment.

    @BarclaysUK Trying to set a payment up in the Barclay card app and im getting error code DL001, can I get any information on this error code and why im getting it
