@BarclaysUK Could you please direct me to branch open on Saturday which will receive a cheque above the online limit. Oundle, Corby and Kettering are not open on the days I have been. Oundle has incorrect opening hours posted outside. This is really poor service.

@HammersteinMatt I’m a 9 months pregnant customer, court hearing with @BarclaysUK in 2 weeks. @BarclaysUK missed court deadline in February to provide information to us under 3rd party debt order. Still no reply from your court orders team! Can you help?

Brilliant customer service on the @BarclaysUK video call support today. First time I’ve used the video call system but I’d definitely do it again, really simple to connect and an efficient and trustworthy service.

Spent TWO hours on the phone to @Barclays for an urgent issue - which I can’t get help for via chat apparently. Nobody picks up in 2 hours and then it cuts off. @BarclaysUK

@BarclaysUK I’m now on my third call to you today. First call no systems working- 37mins. second call cut me off half way thru-47mins. I’m trying get help after being scammed at the weekend. At 20+minute wait to connect at a time, this is awful service.
