    @BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻

    @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

    Good Morning @BarclaysUK just a quick question do all your business accounts able to have online access as. Someone i know has a business account with you and went to their local branch and was told their account is unable to have online access. Is this correct?

    @BarclaysUK The csv download of transactions from my Barclaycard account using the Barclays online banking truncates the pennies making it useless. For example, a transaction of £10.56 will be £10.00 in the downloaded file. Is this a known issue?

    @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.
