42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK My teen got a new device and tried to register on the app again but it comes up with error RP029 saying she’s registered the max amount of times which I believe is 6. She only got the app for the 1st time this year, there’s no way she’s had 6 devices!

@andersleijersta @Barclays @BarclaysUK There are 2 branches of Barclays banking. A normal every day account or an account called Barclays Premier. They are very different. I receive amazing service even if I call at midnight! Change to Premier if you fit their criteria (which I believe you do).
