  @Barclays @BarclaysUK what is going on with your Barclays app. Every single day it’s impossible for me to login from the first time. Have to wait for it load, move to a different location and It doesn’t load properly, and constantly lagging. It’s becoming very frustrating.

  @BarclaysUK @BarclaysNews Board oversight matters. A titanium screw snapped after 8 months. I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!

  @BarclaysUK Recent Barclays premier customer, as my credit card didn’t work I was forced to use my Barclays debit card for a hold on a deposit for 2 rental cars. Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?
