@Barclays @BarclaysUK transferred my account from HSBC to a Barclays “premier” account week later they freeze my account. No access to my money until I travel to a branch with ID. None where I live and none open on weekend so time off work or no money. Regret switch. Furious.

@BarclaysUK wtf guys. Substantial standing order dated 27th just gone out of my account leaving me overdrawn and access to no money. Apparently if I don’t pay a grand in by 3pm I’ll get charged! And you wonder why you’re loosing customers.

@BarclaysUK Hope you can help. My father-in-law uses your banking app. He asked me today if l knew how to delete the details of an organisation he has previously paid from the app. The organisation changed accounts so he has 2 entries for the same organisation. Is it possible?

@BarclaysUK why do your staff online make it so difficult to close a help to buy ISA? Asked yesterday for it to be closed and confirmed multiple times yet today I find the account still active on the basis they were waiting for me to confirm yet it was confirmed 3 times!

A friend of ours has terminal cancer. They had private cover. During her treatment her husband was made redundant by @BarclaysUK - they did nothing wrong (a bit immoral maybe) - but the family lost access to private health; with no option to pay for the policy to continue...
