    @BarclaysUK your Android app seems to be working on four digits of passcode not five. Is this a glitch? I dumped the session and re-iniated and all good. Is this a known issue? Would've rung but tel playing up in UK.

    @BarclaysUK Barclay card just canceled my DD on the day it was due to be paid resulting in a late payment charge,online chat is down so telephoned only to be cut off due to high volume of calls, I'm not happy.

    @barclaysUK I have been trying for past 2 days to change my address details online - your address finder is not working and if I try and call it is a minimum of 30 minutes wait. On top of that your chat function is down - so basically I have to resort to Twitter to make contact🙄

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp people would ask how can I be certain, your not here to help. Which is a fair comment, and my answer is simple. A negotiator always leaves room for negotiations, the door is always open. Nothing is ever the final word. That's how customer care works. not in this case, not a word

    “There were charges against your card today, £300, £1300” said the robot voice. Put phone down before it could continue, rushed to @BarclaysUK in York. There WEREN’T any but it’s so easy to fall for this as mum did years ago. Everything checked out ok.

    @BarclaysUK Disgraceful customer service. Over 2 hours on the phone No answer. 2 attempts at web chats, just cut off. Poor,poor service.

    I'm at the end of my tether today. Card payment won't work on @Meta ads. Meta ad support says it's a bank issue. @BarclaysUK says it's a Facebook issue. I can't get help from anyone, and I have no idea what else I can do.

    @BarclaysUK I’m very frustrated as I have been trying to contact Barclays for 4 days with regards to an indemnity request and I have got nowhere with the robot customer services! Is there a number that gets through to a human?? #poorcustomerservice

    @BarclaysUK trying to connect to the app and not working. Tried calling but after of waiting I get cut off. I am abroad and stranded with no access to my accounts. Please respond ASAP so we can fix this. #frustratedcustomer

    @BarclaysUK must have had their finest experts working on my royalty cheque. It took deep thought and much effort to process. And, after all, it's not every day a bank has to process a cheque. This is why they've charged £600 to do so.
