@BarclaysUK your Android app seems to be working on four digits of passcode not five. Is this a glitch? I dumped the session and re-iniated and all good. Is this a known issue? Would've rung but tel playing up in UK.

@BarclaysUK 2/2 she then had to go in again after being hospitalised and was told by the branch staff the card had not been ordered. This is an absolute disgrace especially her condition, the service received and had to put herself at risk and was lied to.

@BarclaysUK I applied for a Barclaycard today and was accepted with a credit limit of £3500. Filled in my details, addresses, email etc. I was then given a code and set up my memorable name but when I go to log in with my code I get an error message?

@BarclaysUK 1/2 I am reaching out to you on behalf of my elderly disabled mother. She had not received her debit card for some reason and had to go to a branch to order one. She was told it was ordered but no card. She had to go again branch was open but no service available.

I decided to phone @BarclaysUK this evening and wasted another half an hour of my life on the phone to someone who couldn't help me and said "I only work in customer services." Well you could have fooled me. Customer services. Do you know how that works? Utterly unbelievable

@BarclaysUK such a poor impersonal service with regard to my Mum’s bereavement. No flexibility, no recognition of our personal loyalty as a family. Just ‘computer says no’. I felt sorry for the staff having to carry out these cold policies.
