    @BarclaysUK your Android app seems to be working on four digits of passcode not five. Is this a glitch? I dumped the session and re-iniated and all good. Is this a known issue? Would've rung but tel playing up in UK.

    @paulcconnell @BarclaysUK I’m in exactly the same situation with @virginmedia right now too. Completely optimised for call centre efficiency rather than customer convenience. Would be nice if those two things weren’t polar opposites. Good luck!

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp It's 10 working days from yesterday... Even though we requested this on the 22nd and the original request was received a day or after that and the original task set completed. I've been doing this sort of thing for two decades and this is shocking!
