    @BarclaysUK your Android app seems to be working on four digits of passcode not five. Is this a glitch? I dumped the session and re-iniated and all good. Is this a known issue? Would've rung but tel playing up in UK.

    @BarclaysUK suddenly lost all access to banking app with RG21K error. Frustrating when support is unreachable over weekend and abroad.

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays I am a new customer and already regretting the switch from @CooperativeBank. Coop always answered the phone within 5 mins. Your call centre takes 40 mins+ and the chat function on the app just doesn't work.

    @BarclaysUK Don’t forget Barclays increased their overdraft fees to 35% . Banking charges = Big bonuses but all banks screw the Customer . However all Banks rely on financially illiterate customers. I blame the education system . All children should be taught finance and financial planning

    The more @BarclaysUK hound me to get 'the app', the more suspicious I become of their motives for it, therefore the more I will dig my heels in and not get it! I tell them often & they respond with fluttering eye lashes and say 'but we're just trying to help. Go on, try the app'

    @IanDunt And the really crazy thing is the banks that gave him a huge chunk of money do it. Barclays being one, if I was a @BarclaysUK customer I would be asking some serious questions & thinking about changing banks.

    @BarclaysUK nearly an hour for a call back and half way through the call it cut out how come she didn’t ring back? Very poor customer service

    Isn't it about time @BarclaysUK used some of their obscene profits to hire more staff and create a better experience for Us the paying customer? People don't have 45 minutes of their time to waste making important calls. Why do we allow them to get away with this?

    @BarclaysUK You also need to make sure you’re not a new customer within the last six months otherwise they won’t let you switch product to the credit card. For no valid reason apart from “it’s our policy”. Pathetic.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Horrendous and unprofessional customer service from you. Providing us with a written 6 month mortgage offer and then reducing it to 2 weeks. Thank you for taking away the perfect new home for my young family. Well done you.

    @pmw_77 @Barclays @BarclaysUK have problems with payments that they're not admitting to or addressing. I've had the same. They have £2k of my money and my bills haven't been paid
