It's made worse, the fact I've been asking for 10yrs + was told Barclays does not use email, can't make electronic files, can't provide the information in way I can use it

And cashier refused to allow paying in cash at counter. Some of your customers may be dyslexic/or have other issues & may find it difficult to use the machines.

It only opens the counter for a couple hours a day which makes it almost impossible for working people to use the counter. Constantly closed half day & all 3 card machines wall outside haven’t worked for weeks.
