    Went to @BarclaysUK massive Moorgate branch today. They have no (repeat no) cashiers. What on earth are they thinking about as customer service? They directed me to another branch which I had no time to get to. Are they so poor that they can't afford one cashier in a branch?

    My experience with @BarclaysUK has been nothing short of appalling. The straw that broke the camel’s back today was being on hold for 25 minutes to customer service and then being cut off before the problem got resolved. All I need is a 5 digit code and my mobile number updated!

    Hey @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp had yet again a very frustrating experience from you, the agent even put the phone down on me.. your customer experience is shocking & stupid. I tried to make a complaint, but you said you can’t take it unless I go to branch. Do better!!! 🤬

    Anyone heard of a bank that thinks it’s ok for a customer to have no access to online + telephone banking for 8 weeks? Lots of meaningless messages from people that can’t help @BarclaysUK And complaint buried. #CustomerService #Barclays #BrandExperience

    @BarclaysUK Hopeless visit to Tunbridge Wells branch today. Organised chaos. Waited 20 minutes to see someone. Not enough staff. Gave up & left without sorting out the problem. Staff also dressed in their own clothes and very unprofessional in jeans and inappropriate clothes!

    @BarclaysUK i cant log in online because you always have errors to sort banking but i can wait in a 30 min queue and be asked to donate to ukraine?

    How long do you have to be kept on hold to speak to customer services @BarclaysUK before you give up. Currently 38 minutes and counting! And no I don’t have the app! That’s going to require another fruitless phone call. My experience with Barclays recently has been awful!
