@BarclaysUK seems to have even surpassed itself with it's service today. After cancelling my overdraft y'day, they now want to cancel my Premier Banking because I don't have 100k in my savings account. I can however keep the account for a monthly fee of 20 pounds. How very kind.

@BarclaysUK & the insurance partners they use coming up as the worst customer service ever had to date. charge more for a product and the service becomes worse. 23 years a customer and they don’t care.
