    @BarclaysUK can you please confirm when I can speak to a human on the app chat? It has been down for weeks and I need to close a fixed savings accunt that you automaticaly set up without my authorisation at the maturity i of a previous fixed term savings account.

    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @derekmonroe16 Today is the first time in my existence on this planet when I spoke with the bank (Barclays USA) customer service in the Philippines (outsourced to a 3rd party vendor) where the representative was either high or drunk. I closed the account.

    Good Morning @BarclaysUK just a quick question do all your business accounts able to have online access as. Someone i know has a business account with you and went to their local branch and was told their account is unable to have online access. Is this correct?
