    @BarclaysUK lost my card Monday, was told I'd be able to use contactless on my mobile until the new card comes. Tues, used it fine. Weds morning, huge error message saying I'm unable to use that feature , which I discovered as I'm trying to board my train for work 🤬🤬

    Day two of waiting to speak to @BarclaysUK about our community associations account which has been threatened with closure if we don’t speak to them in 10 days. Yesterday 2hours and 54 minutes on hold?’c for nothing today 45mins and counting. Customer service at its best!

    @BarclaysUK, my husband and I are furious with your brand in Witney. We wanted to make a deposit to a fix rate. After having to wait for more than a month to have an app with you, the assistant told us no possible cause she had no registry the our app. 😡

    @BarclaysUK In order to prove that I was innocent, I went to the Royal Bank of Scotland to negotiate with their anti-fraud department. But you, Barclays, think that I have a mental problem and keep calling you to update what happened.
