    @BarclaysUK bereavement service has been awful… training needed for the team!! At a time of loss and sadness they did not do any justice to a bank that has had custom for such a long time. Disgusting customer service I’m afraid #barclaysbank #barclayscustomerservice #bereavement

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp As your customer you make it difficult / impossible to get hold of someone on the phone then when you provide the method of communication they don't respond to me. This is appalling service.

    Maybe all @BarclaysUK customer service staff are on a Friday lunchtime break at once, or maybe their call centre just can't get enough staff, but it's deeply annoying for customers who already face radical reductions in service and contact.

    Anybody else find @BarclaysUK chat help absolutely infuriating? 2 days now trying to get an answer to what should be a simple question. Seems today they went home in the middle of the session. I've wasted 2 hours and gotten 4 replies from 3 "colleagues". Useless!! 🤬
