If they addressed the letter to the lady you may understand a mistake but to knowingly address it to the executors means they’ve acted on the information given and still thought this was an acceptable letter to send. That’s legit bad service

@BarclaysUK can I ask why, when I asked for a miniscule overdraft to buy stock for my cafe, I was turned down, no alternative offered, and when I asked questions the chat was discontinued? You were happy enough to give me a credit card.

@BarclaysUK Hi Guy's, one of my business cards isn't working, I've checked pin and card is unlocked on app. Tried the app chat, but they were going to give me a number, but have disappeared. Any assistance would be appreciated!
