Paul Swindlehurst (@SwinBob72) reportedthe interenet is great, but goddamn it, some companies are just using it to take the p*&s. ring @BarclaysUK via the "call us" link in the app, and it tells you to go back and use the "chat" section in the app. then I go there and it tells me I have to wait 29 minutes!!! WTF??!

Called the Customer Service number to recall the payment and got placed into a telephonic whirl pool then the call disconnected! A robot advised to use the chat facility with no response!
