If I had the strength, I close every account I have with. @BarclaysUK In branch service is woeful and our local branch is closing. Online service is worse. Why do we accept this?

@BarclaysUK Seriously! Can't get through on business banking (most stupid menu system on the planet), can't access account through app and pin sentry not working! Could it be worse?

@BarclaysUK: Not sure if it's just my phone but there seems to be a problem with your app. When I open it, it freezes. P.S.: There should be a way to access your account online without a PINSentry device or app in emergencies.

@BarclaysUK Absolutely fuming at barclays tech pack! I pay £14.50 a month for a non existent service. I started a claim in September which has still not be completed due to their appalling customer service!

@BarclaysUK your insurance partners likewize are so incompetent and rude and obnoxious even down to your managers! Barclays has forwarded all relevant documents on my behalf to likewize but they still need more verification?! LW team members are even hanging up the phone on me!?
