    I feel a tad sad that Barclays is shutting down @Pingit on June 30th. If anyone was ahead of the fintech and API-led payment curve and should have taken that industry in the UK - it should have been @BarclaysUK with PingIt.

    @BarclaysUK just had a email that your closing down Pingit.... I’m sorry but this is ridiculous I’m not very happy... i use this to save money with “jars” and send money quickly I think this is a really bad idea! #pingitclosing

    @BarclaysUK I have had a phone call yesterday morning claiming to be from Barclays saying that an amount of money has been transferred from my account. press 1 It is obviously a scam because the call originated from Lithuania +370(473) 04 841 Can close this scam down

    @BarclaysUKHelp @financialombuds terrible customer service when a member of Executive Complaints team "Rebecca Topliff"admits that @BarclaysUK knowingly ignored 5 of my emails requesting information about my complaint. This is unprofessional and a dereliction of their duty?

    Word of advise don't bother using the Barclays chat within the mobile app. You will chat with upwards of 6 people in one day and the issue won't actually be resolved @BarclaysUK
