    So @BarclaysUK theoretically I can open kids savings accounts over video banking with you. But the child has to be with me and the only appointments you offer are in school hours?! So how does that help me? I’m now forced to go in branch but you have shut most of them!

    Hey @Barclays @BarclaysUK @Barclayshelp your bereavement services are a disgrace. Nothing actioned, wrong information given & timescales designed to work for you, not customer. No care for difficult circumstances and cause additional distress! . Sick of chasing!

    @BarclaysUK Along with other banks, look how many branches of closedown making access to banking much more difficult for elderly and disabled people and less convenient for others.

    @HalifaxBank being a Ultimate reward customer paying £17pm from past over 15yrs. When really needed to claim for Phone insurance- they fitted counterfeit spare parts, and now iPhone is complaining. Not worth having this company as an insurance underwriter. FYI @BarclaysUK @TSB

    @BarclaysUK Been trying to remortgage with you since June, due to the appalling service from optima legal this is still outstanding, my offer expires on 13/12, I’ve paid the variable rate for 3 months now. OL don’t answer calls or emails, I’m at a loss what to do, please help.
