    @mark_underwater @BarclaysUK How it works is simple. I bought my phone outright and didn't have to enter any agreement with anyone. My service is non contract and I can leave/switch whenever I like. Times have changed muchacho, you should try to get with them.

    .@BarclaysUK woke to text saying I’m overdrawn & credit rating is at risk. But I left Barclays years ago. Told on phone that no help available; must go to branch with ID. When I said I’m laid very low with covid & isolating, they hung up. So now I’m both sick AND stressed. Help?

    @BarclaysUK customers stuffed in a corner at your West bromwich branch due to lack of staff to deal with issues affecting customers. Not fair with Covid still affecting all of us. @BarclaysUKHelp Been waiting to see someone for 2hrs now.

    @toontotown @BarclaysUK Had exactly the same problem mate. Their Chat service allows you to create/write your message but then Barclays reply when they want too. I found that so frustrating my only option left was to go speak our local branch.
