@HSBC_UK Not good enough is it? How many more disruptions are we due to expect? This isn't just a disruption of service this effects everyday life for most, especially as we're being pushed into cashless and ai bot customer service. Do better. I don't see @BarclaysUK having issues

@BarclaysUK @Barclaycard why does barclaycard think it is acceptable for a customer to wait up to 10 days for a replacement card and told at the time about 5 days when the card is blocked because of fraud activity ?

@BarclaysUK I have a standing order due to go out today but it was declined. Plenty of money to cover it but I woke up to a text message saying there was a system problem last night. How do I push this payment through as it’s for parking which I’m due to use today?
