Terrible contradictory customer service from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp. Tried to sign up for a current account to add to existing consumer services. Told to register on the app as a new customer, despite having online banking (made this clear). Now locked out of both profiles.

@BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

@BarclaysUK Wouldn't advise this, unless you want to spend endless hours in phone queues trying to get customer support. 1 hour 35 minutes so far.

@BarclaysUK Hi Is there an issue with online banking atm? Just logged into my business accounts no problem, but when I try to switch customes to other accounts I have access to I get an error message 404 and logged out of everything.

@BarclaysUK you've just sent me an email saying I've made an application for a mortgage AIP. I haven't. This could be fraud, I'm trying to speak to you but it's now completely impossible to speak to a human being at Barclays. This is urgent.
