@BarclaysUK I have been on hold for 32 minutes and was cut off, so called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes and the was cut off again. I really need to talk to someone who can help as the app wouldn’t allow me to make a payment I needed to.

@BarclaysUK trying to open a current account, your app and website won't let me so went into branch for them to refuse to look at the issue and tell me they can't open accounts in branch (seems bizarre, what are they for?) are you able to help or should I choose a different bank)

@BarclaysUK your telephone banking is terrible. Waited 30mins to get through and spoke to someone who then hung up on me to then go round in circle on your automated system to be on hold for 40 minutes

@BarclaysUK ive switched accounts to another bank ., how do i access my old statements? It wont let me log on online banking, i can get on through the app,but it doesnt show my closed account,just my barclays savings account. Thanks
