    @BarclaysUK my ex of over 20yrs has been able to take 25k from my account last week. My documents show that all accounts are in my name, but you say one of my savings pots are in joint names! This is a glaring banking error, your branch say take it to a small claims court!

    @BarclaysUK The way Barclays have degraded their service to long standing customers is a disgrace. I have banked with you for 25+ years and your service has deteriorated year on year. I am trying to open an account for my 16 year old daughter.

    @BarclaysUK what a shambles of a company you are. Problem still not resolved. I raised a complaint, since then we have had 2 letters (through the post) both delaying your response. We’re a small community football club and need this sorting asap.

    So I had some money on my checking account at @BarclaysUK. They decided to close it because I’m no longer a UK resident and default on all my direct debit without telling me. Now they say, it may take up to 12 weeks to access my money! Genius! @jeuasommenulle
