@BarclaysUK absolutely terrible Services, on hold for 45 minutes for barclays to lock off the call. I then call back and the wait time is now an hour. Terrible service!

  • LauraVCook1980 Laura Cook (@LauraVCook1980) reported from Hatfield, England

@BarclaysUK - worst customer service in the world. I now risk buyers withdrawing from house sale because waiting on you to do one simple task. Fed up of waiting on hold 40 plus minutes each time I call to chase you. A task you should’ve done 20 years ago!

@Andy72726059 @BarclaysUK Absolutely, will not stand for their greenwashing and them pretending they care about environmental issues when they are funding activities which are causing climate change.

  • SpabbaRanks Marco Mack (@SpabbaRanks) reported

@BarclaysUK why is it impossible to speak to someone on the phone?! If I could use the app or the website I wouldn't be ringing in the first place.

@GhostofGoose2 @BarclaysUK Banks *despise* the retail sector. My former bank (Lloyds) began a programme of branch closures some 30 years ago! And the others followed suit. As for being able to ring your local branch... How long since that was a thing? (Yet the interest goes down and the fees go up...)
