    @sainsburys Wheres my order still or my money back? @BarclaysUK can you guys help do a charge back on an order done with debit card? I paid for 7-8pm delivery on 17 Oct, money has cleared out of account, grocery wasn't delivered Sainsburys asked to DM on fri, which I done & they wont respond

    @BarclaysUK My daughters had a lot of issues with her app logging her out completely, about 5 or 6 times at least & itโ€™s a new apple phone bought from apple. Sheโ€™s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they canโ€™t compensate her for it. Disgusting

    @BarclaysUK your service is absolutely appalling, you are driving my company bankrupt, how can you hold my money for โ€œfraudโ€ when HMRC released it! Joke! To add to the pain all the fraud staff seem to be on annual leave at the same time! Poor Reigate branch must be sick of us!

    I honestly can't believe how **** @BarclaysUK app is. I've literally used my pin code - supplied via app - once. We live in an era of contactless payments. So | forget my login a few times due to muscle memory and general lack of focus and it needs my pin to access the app again. Which they need to send in the post. So anybody could access my account in the meantime and I wouldn't have a clue. If it wasn't such a **** on (Switch Account Guarantee is ****) I'd just go back to Lloyds.

    @DragonPassInt @BarclaysUK Opened Travel plus pack 5 months ago and still no membership set up. Had ยฃ90 compensation after over 20 calls but still no membership or lounge access. Why am I sorting out all your admin?

    @Barclays Iโ€™ve banked with @BarclaysUK since I was 15 โ€” 43 years without ever being overdrawn or causing a problem. I recently received a notice that my account will be closed because I now currently live overseas. I still hold a British passport, pay UK bills, and plan to return home regularly , and intend to retire in the UK. I completely understand compliance rules, but this feels harsh after four decades of loyalty. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this now common practice for British expats? Feels like loyalty no longer counts for much in modern banking.
