    @BarclaysUK @Barclays : i was patient 5 years but no more tolerance .. i just sent below email to the another bank : " Hello ........., I received an automatic out-of-office message from ...... and thought I could move forward with your assistance. I would like to open a business account, as I am not satisfied with the service I receive from Barclays. I have had a business account with them since 2019, but the customer service has been consistently poor, so I have decided to stop working with them. Thank you for your help. "

    @BarclaysUK Are there any human beings still working at Barclay? 12 calls of over 5 minutes each, hanging on to the phone an nobody answers. These numbers were given to me on e mail by Barclays. Customer service? Non existent.

    Anyone else’s @BarclaysUK app been complete dog **** the last couple months? Constant ******* glitches, stupid messages about jail broken phones even when your phone isn’t jail-broken? I cannot ******* stand it, recommend a better bank cause in all ears

    @BarclaysUK Trying to switch my joint account to you to get the £200 switch payment. It says I must use the app to do this which I've done, but it didn't provide an option for joint. I now find out you can't open a joint account in the app. What a **** experience.

    @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket What about the abysmal design of a totally BLACK debit card? Yes I know you can ask for a high visibility card but who on earth commissioned a BLACK card that sits in BLACK wallets and purses. Good luck finding it in a dark pub or club if you drop it. Shocking customer disregard
