    @Barclays Your team @BarclaysUK were contacted over five hours ago. Abi - Cie - James - Yasmine + have interacted and simply fobbed me off to DM - where absolutely nothing happens. Would appreciate an email address for a formal complaint. Outrageously poor service.

    @BarclaysUK are you aware of any problems with debit card payments being made today (Bank Holiday Monday so I can't ring you about it)? My card has mysteriously been declined twice and I'm hearing reports of First Direct customers also being affected?

    @BarclaysUK Dear Broken Barclays. Just today, Five team members quick to fob me off to DM - where nothing happens. Portraying yourselves as caring and efficient on public threads, apologies and emoji’s - truth is it’s a shambles,broken. How much longer Barclays? Six hrs waiting.

    @BarclaysUK I ask that you will reverse your decision to close your Wombourne branch. Many customers and local people rely on this important service here. Particularly those who prefer face to face banking transactions. Stop your woke nonsense & serve your customers properly.
