With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

@BarclaysUK if barclays placed a cifas marker under my name, is there a possibility of opening a basic account with barclays. Due to the marker I'm unable to open an account anywhere else. As they placed the marker, maybe they can then help.

@Georgie_DEI @BarclaysUK Just a shame @BarclaysUK don't put any effort into their customer service. I have been told three times this month they would call me back on 3 different issues, they haven't 🤬
