  @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

  With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

  @BarclaysUK is an absolute thief, they have provided the worst possible customer service done by this fella called Chirag or something like that, I have sent £50 to my cousin, the transfer didn’t go through even though they have asked soooo many questions before sending it.

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @BarclaysUK hello. My account was closed and I need an Ivan number to claim back my frozen assets, but South Africa (my bank acct) does not use IBAN, and I have to complete this field on the form. I am stuck and need my money. Please help.
