  @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

  With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

  @BarclaysUK Hi Barclays, just to advise that the 'Future Payments' function, accessed via the Pay and transfer > Managed scheduled payments menu on Online Banking appears not to be working at the moment. The link seems to be broken.

  @BarclaysUK If you’re a disabled customer, this is my experience. Barclays says some account issues must be discussed on a secure channel. Yet I can’t use secure chat for 10 days. I can’t use Relay or get to a branch. What secure alternative is there? Still waiting for an answer.

  Anybody else had to wait on @BarclaysUK @Barclays to release a charge on a property? Loan paid off 2 yrs ago! Been nearly 1 week since contacting them to get any positive response! Refinancing being delayed causing cash flow issues !!

  Why does nothing in the @BarclaysUK app ever work. They’ve been ‘making improvements’ for months now and it’s always got an issue. So then you have to call, and something that should that 30 seconds, has become an hour long task…

  @BarclaysUK @Barclays please change your treatment of newly bereaved elderly widows. My mum is bedbound with stage 4 COPD, oxygen dependent, partially blind and was utterly surprised to find my Dad had a joint account with her. But could she access it? Not without several...🧵

  @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK I know chat support via app is being reset . So why force neurodivergent folk to call.? There's a msg us option but autoresponse says call. Why can't my query be solved with text/email? This violates access rights re: Equality Act. Is this unreasonable?

  i have a problem i lost my card the other day after shopping at my local supermarket and although you have emailed to say you have posted my newcard out to me as a pensioner with health problems is there any alternative for me to get some money out to keep me going until my new card arrives other than going into town which will be difficult for me practically to get to my local branch? @BarclaysUK

  Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!
