    @BarclaysUK called to open an account and told to wait 8 working days so you can confirm the address where I live! Wonderful service!

    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK it says on my Google pay I can use my card online but not in store does that mean if I've added the card to Google pay and use it in an app or website it will work

    @barclays @barclaysuk @barclaysukhelp - over a hour on hold & still no answer. My battery is going to run out before I get to speak to anyone at this rate. How much longer am I meant to wait before giving up? But then I’ll just get the same again tomorrow. Service is appalling!

    Had an important transaction blocked by my @BarclaysUK app Soon, I was kicked out of the app and I couldn’t log in An hour later, I recd a call from someone claiming to be #fraud prevention, asking me for my personal details for security clearance! #BrokenBanks #Fintech 1/.

    @JaniceBaggott1 @MartinSLewis Janice really glad to hear Barclays refunded your money. My partner was in the same scenario where he was scammed by a spoofed Barclays number. @BarclaysUK did not refund his money. It’s been an awful experience.

    @BarclaysUK been a business customer for 8 years, want to transfer and open a ltd company account with 2 directors and told your too busy and try another bank. Can’t be right can it?

    So I have a complaint in with @Barclays @BarclaysUK over an issue going back 2 years and I've had to call 6 times in the last week or so getting 6 different stories ending today with me requesting a call back to say what's happening........no call back, what a surprise 🤬

    Just called @BarclaysUK to report 4 pending fraudulent card payments and told it's not possible to cancel and I need to wait til the moneys gone then phone back to open a fraud case. Why in the hell can you not cancel these payments BEFORE they leave my account!?!? Like wtf

    Looks like @Barclays @BarclaysUK are .asking clerical errors and being incompetent...must be recent changes as this is second time this year they are falling short....decade of use before they were great....shame
