    @BarclaysUK I’m trying to get my membership number. Your website keeps giving me an error code and I’ve given up on the phone after spending nearly 2 hours on hold and then it cut me off! Any chance of a human giving me some assistance?

    @Barclays after two weeks of poor service @BarclaysUK help desk promised me resolution in 48 hours, now after three weeks still nothing. Barclays help desk tried to stop me raising a formal complaint and when they eventually did raise one I have heard nothing back on that either

    @BarclaysUK made a mistake on my mortgage payment, and I’ve been trying for three weeks to get them to take the correct amount again and it’s impossible. What a bizarre and frustrating situation.

    @BarclaysUK what is going on, had 3 experiences with your telephone banking ‘system’ in recent weeks & all I’ve got was bounced around menus and disinterested agents and put on hold until I gave up. Literally a dystopian case study in how not to do telephone customer service!
