    @BarclaysUK Ive been a customer for 2 weeks, try paying my bills at the end of the month and you've blocked my card twice!! Your automated fraud system is ridiculous! You have caused to much stress resulting in loosing me as a customer. Absolutely pathetic.

    If you bank with @BarclaysUK then I suggest like me you consider moving your money somewhere else. I’ve been trying to get a problem sorted out now for nearly three days and guess what? Not resolved yet

    @BarclaysUK Needs to fix up waiting for my mum to be seen for an issue we’ve come for the second time, I’m glad I’ve changed banks but my mum still wants to rock with her day one bank.. the branch in Walthamstow sucks, rude behaviour for staff

    @BarclaysUK I contacted Barclays to repay an old loan of £5k. I do not have an account or sort code. I said can you use my name, address, DOB,to identify me. He said I need the ac + sort code or I can’t help you. I said “do you want your money or not” Get stuffed Barclays 😡

    @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)
