    @BarclaysUK Was told to come into your branch to speak to someone as you couldn't provide a service online. Turned up, with proof and witness & the only person who could do it couldn't do it as they don't have time. Was told it would only take 10 mins. What!? @BarclaysUKHelp

    @musomatthall @Barclays @BarclaysUK I had exactly the same issue. Picture showing very slanted image and Cp001 error code. Took photo on black background and worked perfectly.
