My mum takes my dad off her Barclays account after he died and they set up all direct debits in the wrong name but deny it’s their fault. Apparently it’s a coincidence all the direct debit companies have the wrong name and @BarclaysUK can’t help.

@BarclaysUK Why has my wife's credit card been declined 4 times in the last 24 hours, despite us talking to support at length this morning? They assured us that there was no problem. Calling from Greece has cost several Euros, because of the waiting time.

@BarclaysUK service status on your website says your APP is working fine... it isn't.... an hour ago same service status said under maintenance.... so clearly someone isn't updating the site correctly

@BarclaysUK getting help is hopeless. No phone support and instead you force me to use the chat feature in the app. Everytime I open the chat window on Android it crashes. What's the point?
