  • JohnCha02224835 John Chandler (@JohnCha02224835) reported

@BarclaysUK 2 hours wait time to speak to a customer service representative???? 2 weeks to post a letter dated 8th Sep to my solicitor. Some would think you are deliberately wanting my mortgage offer to expire

  • wmpben Ben (@wmpben) reported

Hey @Barclays @BarclaysUK please help. I’m trying to sort out fraudulent activity on my account and every time I call I’m told by an automated voice “I’m sorry, we can’t put you through right now”.

  • recantha Michael (Mike) Horne (@recantha) reported

This is bloody useless, @BarclaysUK. All I want to know is how long I'm on my fixed rate for, so I don't get a nasty surprise. There are no docs on my online banking, no info on online banking, chat is broken, online messages aren't being looked at & 2 hour wait on the phone...

  • Shortt01 Theo (@Shortt01) reported

@BarclaysUK Two hours to answer the phone. And it wasn’t any better a few months ago so don’t say it’s due to recent rate rises. Absolutely appalling service. You now have one less customer.

  • tgdski Tom (@tgdski) reported

Unacceptable. Cannot speak to anyone on chat or on phone… both have said to try the other, or “try again later”. Awful service. I should I at least be able to queue for someone. @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp (which twitter handle?! Why have 3?!)

  • Karuna63430332 Karuna (@Karuna63430332) reported

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays I’ve just been told that I can’t speak to a manager because your staff are working from home! This is becoming a joke and not going away until resolved.

  • lindakimou Linda Grainge (@lindakimou) reported

@Barclays @BarclaysUK what is going on?! Now I can’t make payments?!?! Are you literally collapsing?! Service is diabolical! Can’t do anything on app, chat service is inept, phones get cut off?! Wtf is going on!!!!!???? @MoneySavingExp is this on your radar? #barclays

  • djblueboo Donna (@djblueboo) reported

@BarclaysUK your ‘live’ chat function is utterly useless and you make it impossible to communicate with an actual person. One of the main reasons I’m switching to @firstdirect
