@LouiseTalks @BarclaysUK I was issued with an local authority refund cheque and entered my nearest branch 7m away. “Sorry but we do not offer that service as a walk-in”. I’ve been a customer since I started work at 17. I’m 65 next month!

@BarclaysUK Help, please!? Trying to open an account for my teenager. However, the branch is only open Monday to Friday 9-3.30 and video banking appointments finish at 3pm, Monday to Friday!! He's at school.... Only solution I can think of is going with a different bank.

@BarclaysUK disappointed that when speaking to your business banking team discussing a difficult issue that the call handler didn’t know how to deal (your fault) with she simply hung up. Lovely that.
