    Do you really want my feedback? How about someone in customer services let’s me know progress with resolution of the @Barclays @barclaysUK systems fault? - you know, how about doing some customer service and forget chasing customers for feedback..

    @BarclaysUK I’ve been waiting OVER 90 minutes on the app to get some help and OVER 40 minutes on call. This is poor customer service. You automative system are unable to help with my query. When I visit your branch I get told go on the app can’t be served at the branch??

    @BarclaysUK Business seem to have a broken fraud detection workflow and haven't noticed which has left me with hour long calls twice in 3 months whilst confused people try and figure it out....

    @BarclaysUK why is it impossible to discuss a travel insurance query with you and @AvivaUK ? I have your travel pack and need confirmation that cancellation cover is provided due to a covid infection if my children have had no covid vaccination or I have not had a booster?

    @BarclaysUK takes nearly £600 from my account in error, and then they expect me to wait 3-5 working days to get it back. I can pay money immediately with a debit card, and they're a bank. They know they made an error. Why can't they pay that back immediately? Terrible service.
