Great start to the morning. Trying to get into my @BarclaysUK account and their log in process is broken. Refused to show me the pin sentry identify flow and then locked me out. Are banks uniquely bad at building software? Money they make it should be the best on the planet...

@BarclaysUK has the WORST customer service EVER! Why make is impossible to speak to a human being?? Their stupid automated system sends you round in circles, only to then tell you to use the "chat" in the app with a 1 min wait time. 15 mins later NOTHING!!

@BarclaysUK Feel like I'm being scammed by you guys. It's pretty duplicitious to say counter transactions are down in the pandemic when you wouldn't let most people in, and then use that as an excuse to close my local branch. Expect me to be closing my account soon.
