This call is to find out why you haven’t paid money into an account today. It’s your error!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!

You automative system are unable to help with my query. When I visit your branch I get told go on the app can’t be served at the branch??

Zoe Parkin (@Zoejg1) reported@BarclaysUK received a letter stating getting a refund, it states refund within 30 days. Rang the helpline number and says 50 days, try and speak to someone and it is impossible with up to 2 hours waiting times!!! Anyone else having these issues?! When do I get the refund??
