    @BarclaysUK possibly the most critical time for you to be accessible to UK customers and it's impossible to get through on the phone (over 90 minutes), via your chatbot (just times out) and your text facility (just plain doesn't work). Really poor.

    Why do banks find it so difficult to help churches/community groups? Yes, I'm looking at you @BarclaysUK because I would really like to be able to make payments now, since you stopped us doing so over a month ago.
