@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Heartless service is so common now. The way @BarclaysUK treated my mum (who was on chemo herself) when my dad died was evil. They even gave her a name to complain and send registered mail to - who they later admitted didn’t exist! They too refused my power of attorney doc.

Def changing banks now due to how poor service at @BarclaysUK is. Awful banking app, long waiting times to speak to a human being, and to top things off my 2 closest branches have recently shut meaning I'm more or less reliant on phone / app to speak to someone. 0/10

@BarclaysUK just had the misfortune of needing to use a branch in Manchester City centre after queuing at market st branch for 25 mins to be told no counter service getting sent to their only other branch in the city to find out there is a hour que for counter service tinpot outf

@HMRCgovuk if you moved your banking from @BarclaysUK to one which isn’t investing in the destruction of our life support systems it would send a clear message that you’re serious about protecting our kids from the existential threat of climate breakdown. #breakupwithbarclays

@Betbuddy4u @BarclaysUK am having this same issue today. Are the lines down? On hold 13 min, line went dead, on hold 38 min, line went dead, now on hold 1 hr 15 min-- happy to keep holding but wondering if there is a tech issue going on and if today is not the day to phone?
