    @BarclaysUK - visited two different branches in Birmingham two days in row and both times found them closed even though the website stated it was ‘Open’. 😡

    .@BarclaysUK 1) Could not download statements. Tried Chrome, FF, iOS & Android apps. 2) Could not speak with anyone using the phone number (it is not 24x7 as claimed within the error message) 3) There is no chat option inside the app (As claimed on the website) Come on!
