    @BarclaysUK closed my Current account because of a non UK address, which restricted my access to my ISA account. Now my ISA money is locked and called about 12 times and no one knows what's going on. Even tho after I did everything they asked. @BarclaysUKHelp Get your Money Out!!

    @BarclaysUK hi sent documents as requested on 12th December for a travel insurance and I've had no response or update since? Is there any working email or way of finding an update?

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp clients IVA paid off years ago but Barclays still haven't removed Land Registry Charge despite chasing for months. Sale of property delayed. No responses to emails and no level of customer care. What can we do?

    @BarclaysUK still waiting on a refund of over 1K from Barclays - sent on 10/01 but never received into my bank account. Complaints process is a joke - ref CRKMCVXGG6 - when will anyone ever take ownership of this atrocious service & give me my money back?

    @Barclaycard and @BarclaysUK have to be just one of the worst for customer service. I’ve just spent the best part of my morning trying to solve an issue that they created and failed to communicate. Three different agents, cut off twice, still not sure I know what’s happened.

    @DisRightsUK can I ask is it legal that @BarclaysUK can actively discriminate against me and my disabled family. by refusing to answer my questions or make it near impossible to ask them help? I would have thought I have some rights..? Or as disabled person don't I have a voice.?

    2 months wait to make changes following a death is unacceptable. If you require attendance in person then open more branches or employ more people or at least have the people you employ remember they are there to provide a service. We’re not an inconvenience! @BarclaysUK ??

    NOT impressed @Barclays @BarclaysUK - just spent an hour on hold to finally get through to someone and then get cut off! Nobody took my phone number to call me back. No reply to tweet from @BarclaysUKHelp either. Really poor service for a lifelong customer with an urgent query.
