What a ******* day. Absolutely frightening how someone can get that much personal information and gain access to my entire bank account, in a branch too!! Not ideal just before I fly out to Milan. Thank you @BarclaysUK, but please help secure things up stop this happening again!

@BarclaysUK & the insurance partners they use coming up as the worst customer service ever had to date. charge more for a product and the service becomes worse. 23 years a customer and they don’t care.

As if out of no where @BarclaysUK have completely blocked my personal and business accounts with all my funds in. A house, bills and two kids during these times but don’t you scummy pricks worry about that. Anyone had this problem? No help from Barclays help desk at all
