    Yet again @BarclaysUK have shown how awesome their customer service is! 20 minutes to get through, transferred to another department, on hold for 25 minutes and cut off! Come on!!!!!

    40 min waiting on the phone to @BarclaysUK and still no answer. They are clearly preparing for robots to take over and do away with any customer service

    Monday mornings are mainly spent on hold as I navigate services on behalf of my mum and dad. Today it is @BarclaysUK and the ONE good thing is that they have a variety of hold music but they do keep suggesting the app is quicker but as POA I do not have access to the app!

    @BarclaysUK been on a very Slow ‘chat’ for 3 hours .. now chat is unavailable.. unresolved problem .. unacceptable when you cannot speak to anyone !

    @BarclaysUK have got to be the worst bank, can’t get through on the phone, can’t get through via the app, the branch is rammed with hardly any staff. Total joke. 37 years a customer personal and business accounts. Time for a change if only I could get through to close them 🤬👊🏽

    Fed up with @BarclaysUK because someone told me yesterday the block will be lifted so I can carry out my biz operations & today I’m told that person wasn’t meant to tell me that? 5 days unable to access MY OWN assets/funds because I didn’t reply to emails. Ridiculous

    @BarclaysUK Had to call helpline as online mortgage account information appears to be incorrect. Was on hold for 59 minutes, only to be cut off. Terrible customer service.

    @BarclaysUK on your iPhone app the log in button is very close to the bottom of the screen so when I swipe up to kill the app it logs back in. Is there any way the button could be moved?
