    @BarclaysUK Good luck. Language evolves. It isn't dictated to you. Whether you like it or not every human will use the language that makes the most sense to them. And this doesn't make much sense to me. Can't help it! Sorry. Doesn't mean I judge anyone.

    @BarclaysUK Best provide a decent service before you start worrying about this.

    @BarclaysUK Is #wokism a bank issue now? 🤔 Where are the pronouns he/him, she/her or they/them in the phrase "We have sent you frequent reminders concerning the settlement of your debt, and up to date, the debt remains unpaid"?

  • Caristeejo1 Caristeejo (@Caristeejo1) reported

    @BarclaysUK If someone is clearly a biological male or female, I'll call them by that pronoun. If they tell me they identify as something else, that's fine, I'll use that instead. It's not down to me to ask every single person what they prefer to be called.

  • NotAVaxxLabRat Lady Day (@NotAVaxxLabRat) reported

    @BarclaysUK This **** is stupid as ****

  • joyjoyvenus make noise (@joyjoyvenus) reported

    @BarclaysUK You don't have to understand it but you do have to do XYZ to show your support? Um, no. I'm a scientist, I'm not going to co-sign anything I don't fully understand. & as a bank that's very irresponsible advice. Do you advise people to sign even if they don't understand the T&Cs?

  • ClaireWileman Claire Wileman (@ClaireWileman) reported

    @ARTHURMARTHA4 @KevinWiles17 @BarclaysUK Nope, not my job. I will just put you down as transphobic

  • BPASHLEY1 Barry Ashley (@BPASHLEY1) reported

    @BarclaysUK you appear to be all fur coat and no knickers. Can’t get through to you and your chat service on the app is not fit for purpose.

  • barbarnana21 Bad scientist 💜🤍💚 (@barbarnana21) reported

    @BarclaysUK I am a customer, so disappointed by this lecturing, don't need to understand but get educated, bullied into being an ally to a minority group that shouts and stamps all over womens rights. What are you thinking?

  • mintopinion 🍀 (@mintopinion) reported

    @AdrianD444 @LoobyPainting @BarclaysUK referred to as a 'he' until I say otherwise (I'm a 'she'). So online, pronouns are *more* important because you can't see the person, and all you get is a profile picture (or lack of, in your case) so make sure you help people out! xo
