@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I’m a premier banking customer. One of the promises of Premier is the ability to speak to a UK based telephone banking team 24 hours. So why did I just spend 10 minutes wading through your various automated phone menu only to get hung up on?!

42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK My teen got a new device and tried to register on the app again but it comes up with error RP029 saying she’s registered the max amount of times which I believe is 6. She only got the app for the 1st time this year, there’s no way she’s had 6 devices!
