    @BarclaysUK Shocking service. My mother-in-law has twice requested a new Barclays card - she lives overseas. Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK @derekmonroe16 Today is the first time in my existence on this planet when I spoke with the bank (Barclays USA) customer service in the Philippines (outsourced to a 3rd party vendor) where the representative was either high or drunk. I closed the account.
