    @abrooks017 @BarclaysUK (1) I had the exact same issue, didn't realize it was through LSG or it wouldn't have been started. They ruined my MacBook with fake parts and refused to do anything, I had to fork out another grand for a MacBook, I was furious with them over the phone! Barclays name is brought

    @BarclaysUK how can it be acceptable that i have to wait 5 to 7 working days for you to confirm receipt of a closure form sent on 5 july?. Totally unacceptable...will you be reimbursing unecessary solicitor fees that I am now incurring?

    @BarclaysUK Really don't bank with Barclays, shut an account with no notice or explanation and days and days later and still nobody available to call or sort the problem out.

    Am trying to purchase goods at a local market but my @BarclaysUK cards have all been declined. Spent 27 minutes waiting on the phone to find out about it. Was told it's a technical issue with a number of people. No idea how long it will take to fix & no way I will know when it is

    @BarclaysUK question about your Travel Packs- if the FCDO currently advise against all but essential travel to the country I am going to, does that mean that your policy is void? Wording on your website seems to imply it is void if I want to cancel, not if I actually go... Thx!

    @BarclaysUK Is there any way, I can reach your customer service team? Apparently, the customer service team won't take the call, the ATM won't dispense cash and charge the card. What a giant f***** scam of bank.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I have lost two weeks rent, my friends are still unable to move in due to incredibly poor customer service and repeated extensions on a deadline for my permission to let to be reviewed, I have called multiple times, please sort it out ASAP
