@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK shutting down secure messaging in online banking is the most regressive customer service strategy I can think of. I’ve spent about 45 mins this week on “chat” and then 1.25h on phone hold before giving up; all to update my address. Dreadful.

@BarclaysUK: I have been a customer for over 37 years, but with Barclaycard reducing my limit with no logical explanation, and refusing to give me a simple way to provide them with documents they don't even need, I am now considering leaving. Please tell me how to go about it.
