Why is having any dealings with @BarclaysUK And @Barclaycard so painful. Power of Attorney issues mean just under an hour on the phone and 4 different people had no idea what they were doing. Thank God I bank with @firstdirect They know how to do phone banking

@BarclaysUK To whom it may concern. Yesterday I was unable to get onto the Barclays app.Error code and a phone number to ring on Monday after 9am.When I rang I was told because I didn’t update something on the app in 2021 my account had been closed.

@Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp are there any of your staff that can help me out? I have been trying to set up TPA for 6 weeks with your incompetent TPA Team. I asked for a Manager to call me about this after speaking to them AGAIN this afternoon. Nobody has called...
