  With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

  @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

  @BarclaysUK help why a brand new Samsung tablet won't install Barclays app through Google play - it says it's not compatible but is running android 16 so should. Tablet was purchased specifically to access bank app at home securely as opposed to using phone.

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

  @BarclaysUK @BarclaysNews Board oversight matters. A titanium screw snapped after 8 months. I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.
