    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

    @Barclays @BarclaysUK We have responded to your letters and messages yet we still get that contact us message every time we login and have to call you only to go through the same questions over and over again. Even when you have told us everything is ok it persists. It is inept

    @BarclaysUK In order to prove that I was innocent, I went to the Royal Bank of Scotland to negotiate with their anti-fraud department. But you, Barclays, think that I have a mental problem and keep calling you to update what happened.

    @BarclaysUK I have several business accounts with Barclays. A customer bank transfer payment of approx £2000 into one account has been flagged by your risk team. You have blocked access to all my business accounts whilst checks are carried out on the payment, taking up to 7 days.

    Day two of waiting to speak to @BarclaysUK about our community associations account which has been threatened with closure if we don’t speak to them in 10 days. Yesterday 2hours and 54 minutes on hold?’c for nothing today 45mins and counting. Customer service at its best!
