With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

@jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

@zoewoodguardian @BarclaysUK Even though my original mortgage was approved on 14Jun, my solicitor is still waiting for their copy. It has been over 3mths and every time me/solicitor call Barclays, we were told that it is an IT error. I am going to be homeless next wk. @Barclays

@BarclaysUK just want to say Thank you to the team @ Stratford Westfield. Had problem earlier today with a blocked card. It was sorted in 10 minutes and walked out with the money I needed.
