    With @Barclays @BarclaysUK shutting so many branches in rural areas, the sales/savings that result in a time the banks need to be available, I assume it will benefit account holders in some way? Also May be improve the phone line service also?

    @jonhoneyball @BarclaysUK I've been with Barclays since 1978 and always found them to be excellent. Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I've been holding on the phone for 1 hour and 12 minutes. I'm a Barclays Premier customer. I'd hate to see how your non-Premier customers are treated. What does one have to do to get help -- other than change banks?

    @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays @BarclaysUK I have taken the loan agreement out with you to pay for a working product. Almost a year, numerous phone calls later & a ‘sec 75’ has been discussed. Not good enough. Why should I pay my instalments? #EnoughIsEnough #bank #customerexperience

    Just had an email / customer survey from our business bankers, @BarclaysUK . 'Dear Director' - we are a partnership. 🙄 All partners' initials in lower case, one of whom died 7 years ago. Doesn't instill much credibility/confidence really, does it!? Don't think I'll bother!

    @BarclaysUK is there any problems with mobile banking app today? Can't log on keep getting the 00002 error code
