Recently dealing with their executive team they solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I often use Metro bank to deposit cash.

Also May be improve the phone line service also?

Chris Furneaux (@cfurneaux) reported@BarclaysUK Recent Barclays premier customer, as my credit card didn’t work I was forced to use my Barclays debit card for a hold on a deposit for 2 rental cars. Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?
