    @BarclaysUK I received an email stating that I can access the new Barclays cashback rewards. However when I try access it on the app, I don’t see a ‘Products’ section? Please can you advise how I sign up again (I was using rewards previously before the update)

    Hey @BarclaysUK your chat service in app absolutely stinks as does most of your app. Little option to input anything anywhere it’s literally just non applicable options to select or call - something I struggle with.

    @BarclaysUK please can you help me cancel a card? I can't cancel it online as it's for an extra cardholder. Your telephone number isn't working
