Can’t make an appointment in branch until 17/12, the video call booking breaks every time we get close to an appointment. 40 minute wait to speak at the counter. One disappointed girl.

I've been hung up on, told his system is slow and puts me back to the menu and after trying to sort out a direct debit for over an hour your system failed to set up, the line was cut and the direct debit is still not set up.....
