    Had a letter from @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp today regarding a charity account I am involved with saying I need to ring in the next 10 working days. I rang the number and there is a 2 hour wait to speak to someone! This kind of customer service is appalling.

    @BarclaysUK because I live in France you have closed my accounts a few days ago. I transferred the balance to a bank in France and they now want a copy of my last Barclays statement but you’ve closed my on line access and I cannot download a statement. How do I get a statement?

    @BarclaysUK trying to get hold of someone in your mandate team. Can’t use email. Mandate team isn’t available on the chat option. Only thing is a direct phone number. Which no-one answers. So what do you expect customers to do? Terrible service for a business account.

    @GMB My 84 year old mum keeps getting told to go online each time she goes into her local @BarclaysUK to request a new debit card. Older people are treated awful and just ignored. Closing branches and reducing staff has been done in such an awful cold hearted way @GMB
