@BarclaysUK I'm trying to reach your customer care regarding issues with debit card txn for 4 days now without luck. Tried everything - app, website.. everything redirects me to your call line which keeps me on hold for 20+mins and then disconnects.

Wait on hold for 15-20 mins for @BarclaysUK to answer the phone for a simple query, get through to George, who promptly cuts me off 🤬. Not the first time either when ringing Barclays. I suppose I’ll have to start again. Good customer service? #pathetic

@BarclaysUK Don’t forget Barclays increased their overdraft fees to 35% . Banking charges = Big bonuses but all banks screw the Customer . However all Banks rely on financially illiterate customers. I blame the education system . All children should be taught finance and financial planning

@IanDunt And the really crazy thing is the banks that gave him a huge chunk of money do it. Barclays being one, if I was a @BarclaysUK customer I would be asking some serious questions & thinking about changing banks.
