@BarclaysUK how long is your app going to be messed up? Doesn’t show me all transactions when I click through & also get an error code when I try and see my own cards in app. Been like it for ages!

@BarclaysUK @Barclays please change your treatment of newly bereaved elderly widows. My mum is bedbound with stage 4 COPD, oxygen dependent, partially blind and was utterly surprised to find my Dad had a joint account with her. But could she access it? Not without several...🧵

@BlondeTalksSkin @BarclaysUK PINsentry access may depend on your account setup or security method. Check whether your app offers another verification option, or contact Barclays through its official support channel to have your login method reviewed. Let me know if you need further assistance.

@Barclays I’ve banked with @BarclaysUK since I was 15 — 43 years without ever being overdrawn or causing a problem. I recently received a notice that my account will be closed because I now currently live overseas. I still hold a British passport, pay UK bills, and plan to return home regularly , and intend to retire in the UK. I completely understand compliance rules, but this feels harsh after four decades of loyalty. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this now common practice for British expats? Feels like loyalty no longer counts for much in modern banking.
