@BarclaysUK Your app keeps crashing immediately after log in. Been doing this for weeks. Using a Samsung phone. Is this a compatibility problem? Updating, restarting etc not helping. This is very poor service.

@BarclaysUK hi, I’m trying to upload some documents online to yourselves and I’ve e-signed etc. no issues with the uploads, I’m going to save and next and it’s saying I’ve not e-signed. So I’ve gone back to check and it is saying I have but won’t let me go forward! Can you help?

@BarclaysUK No, can't even make an appointment, need to turn up early and hope you get seen. I've been with Barclays for 40 years and this level of 'service' is just appalling.

@BarclaysUK My daughter is 17 and has a young person account with you. Can she set up direct debits from this type of account? She is having trouble getting a verification code and customer service weren’t able to help.

@Apple you’re 0% interest offer looks very good. Sadly the application process is broken somewhere, having tried 3 times today I just give up. @BarclaysUK don’t seem to be able to help either. So good offer, not able to complete it .

@BarclaysUK my father tried to close an ISA more than a week ago and was promised the money would be with him within 24 hours. He is waiting for over 6k. Cannot get anyone on customer services, spent hours on hold to no avail trying to get his own money. Can anyone help him?

@BarclaysUK received & activated new debit card last night. Woke up this morning to email from @TfL = my transaction for travel yesterday was declined. Surely this is a known issue - that some vendors only process transactions later? Does not reflect well on me as a customer.
