    @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

    @BarclaysUK Hi, because we don't have a bank locally now would it be okay if I took someone else's bank card to the nearest branch, along with a cheque, for it to be put into their account to save them the journey? Thanks in advance for your help

    @JeniWilson8 @BarclaysUK They told me it was an internal e-mail address and a probable staff error. I put in false information and security answers and managed to set up a secure @Barclays e-mail mailbox. I have now made a complaint which has not yet been resolved. The message is actually about the migration of the legacy e-mail accounts to a new system. Pretty boring really and only of interest to a financial intermediary.
