    @BarclaysUK Hi I am trying to make an application for a childrens savings account so I rang customer services and was told I cant make a branch appointment so told I can do on the app even though I dont have an account but to register for the app it asks for accounts details!?

    Let it be known - @BarclaysUK are ******* useless. been trying to get them to acknowledge a change of address for 18 months but as it's a mostly dormant account I've never needed online banking so apparently it's impossible even though I've jumped through their hoops.

    I am SICK of bad service. Even when you complain, they don’t care. Then we wonder why retail is in crisis and consumer confidence is at a low. I can see why many don’t bother to feedback. Main culprits are @BarclaysUK @UberEats and @IKEAUKSupport sick of it

Why don't y answer my questions you pay compensation and say my account is fraudulent how explain criminals.unfortunate be careful Mr MP with Barclay UK..

    @yi5h @BinanceUK @BarclaysUK I recommend you contact a professional for help,I had similar problem with my account few weeks ago and I try to reach customer support but no positive response, Cognic_apex on Instagram got it all fixed,I recommend you message him.

    @BarclaysUK 8 days to repair a phone with premier account! Unacceptable in this day and age! Completely unaware of the change to bright star! Shocking! Good news, off to @nationwide bank after 10+ Yrs with you because of this awful service. Well done 👏
