    @BarclaysUK & the insurance partners they use coming up as the worst customer service ever had to date. charge more for a product and the service becomes worse. 23 years a customer and they don’t care.

    Massive credit to @BarclaysUK and the Manager in the Hartlepool branch for sorting this out, as Barclays Customer Service over the phone was a struggle!!
