Hi @BarclaysUK - any idea what the current waiting time is for your telephone banking? My mother wants to transfer some money but she says it costs her a fortune in phone credit as she has to hold for so long. Is there an alternative to costing people money to access their money?

@BarclaysUK 2 (of 6) business accounts completely disappeared from online banking and now on hold for 92 minutes. Meaning no staff can be paid until we can access OUR money. I realise I’m just shouting in to the void

@BarclaysUK you should be embarrassed by the customer service you provide your clients via the live chat option. Been trying to sort out an issue with your app for the last 4.5 hours and still no resolution. Just a lot of apologising & waiting for someone to actually reply.

@BarclaysUK Crazy what’s happening to your banking services in the UK, just waited an hour (no fault of the branch) because they’re operating a walk-in service with 3 members of staff. Meanwhile at Lloyd’s up the road they had around 8 staff, all happy to help. Come on guys..
