    @BarclaysUK just tried phoning Barclaycard over an issue 45minutes and no answer stated the call at 8:00 am

    @the_spad @santanderuk I had a similar experience moving money with @BarclaysUK You can only move a few K with their 'worldclass' app even with multiple levels of auth and signing, yet have to visit a branch - in work hours - and **** about for 1 1/2 hours whilst various staff fail with thier own IT

    @MarieEvanss @BarclaysUK @RevolutApp I have now after nearly two hours of the phone. Not helped by morons who can’t even handle a simple call transfer without dropping the call. One of them clearly working from home but actually at the local Starbucks or something. Nice to see they have competent employees too…

    @Barclaysuk we were frauded by cryptocurrency @fctrading for £18,000 Barclays have been no help at all we were given wrong information by you you took the money back after we was told it was our money and now it’s left us in debt what do we do we are total disgusted and devastate

    @BarclaysUK no response to complaint submitted. Was told should have a resolution in 3 working days on Thurs...still nothing. Considering financial ombudsman as this is an utter joke. Has been the worst company to deal with for a bereavement! Massive disappointment and stressful

    So here I am sitting in a massive queue first thing in the morning with the piss poor @BarclaysUK passing the buck through depts. Giving me time to log every convo to pass on to the @financialombuds. Apparently only this one dept can deal with my issue. Horrendous company!

    Bank with @BarclaysUK @Barclays check your experian credit file.Took a loan to build my credit rating as I don't have any other credit. Paid every month. barclays report that no payment has been made in 2 years! Confirmed to me its their error but told experian it isn't!1/2

    @BarclaysUK Feel like I'm being scammed by you guys. It's pretty duplicitious to say counter transactions are down in the pandemic when you wouldn't let most people in, and then use that as an excuse to close my local branch. Expect me to be closing my account soon.
