@BarclaysUK has just closed my account, all my money is gone, apparently, the reason is I'm not a UK resident anymore, which is true. Now, how do I recover the money? what can I do? please help

@Harley_Tory I tried that, I identified as a @BarclaysUK ATM machine, I bent over and my wife slid a bank card down the crack of my very pert and well-rounded derriere and she couldn't get any money out. It's all a con.

Great service from Gemma in fraud customer service at @BarclaysUK over the phone. The next business advisor (missed his name) put me through to the 'new customer team' who proceeded to slam me into the "You got to do it online" wall. Me: "I'll leave it there".

@BarclaysUK Hi, I can no longer login to Online Banking. Colleagues all had the same issue & apparently you’ve changed membership numbers without informing us. I held on phone for 57 minutes before being cut-off. I’m not prepared to wait again. How else can I get this progressed?

@BarclaysUK Please advise how I make a complaint about my banking service with you in a way that will attract a response. I've tried the short-form freepost address on your website, and also your full postal address with a stamp. 93 days later, I still haven't heard from you.

@Barclaycard @BarclaysUK Worst customer service. What a waste of time and resources?? There is nothing wonderful about your customer service!! No empowerment and just repeated standard robotic responses. What a shame and an experience that left me extremely disappointed!

@BarclaysUK can you tell me why you have been sending me text messages about an account. When I ring up to ask why they tell me they can’t help me, I can’t make a compliant or stop the messages? I don’t have an account. I was told texts seem legit when I rang.
