    @BarclaysUK my partner keeps getting an error message on the app “BA040 ERROR MESSAGE” phone line isn’t open until Monday, and he can’t access the app - any work arounds for this?

    @BarclaysUK the contact is options in the app are ridiculous. It is impossible to get to chat to anyone. The bot doesn’t allow it.

    hey @BarclaysUK, a family member accidentally sent £15k to a wrong Barclays account. Trying to reach customer service to block withdrawal. What should we do?

    Seems like customer service has gone out the window, does no one care any more. Trying to open an account with @Barclays @BarclaysUK and told have to wait months…seriously. Life long customer & ex-member of staff, bring back the good old days!
