The website says "If you want to withdraw over £2,000, please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make sure the money’s ready for you to collect" but branch phone numbers aren't provided. She’s rung to make a complaint only to be told they will log a ticket but they can’t compensate her for it. Disgusting
