    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysLDN @BarclaysUK Not to mention, i reached out on the app to the chat help. they gave me conflicting advice in telling f2f meetings were not happening and then telling branches were accepting meetings... they then ended the chat without confirming if i was done

    @BarclaysUK see nothing has improved at Grantham barclays. Only bank in Grantham with a queue outside..Why? .. because the advisor was restricting access while 3 atm stood unused. Advisor very dismissive when I highlighted this plus the massive queue down the road...Shambles!

    @BarclaysUK Hello. The app did not work on my mobile - error message 0002 . I phoned. In all the calls have cost me £13.14 but there has been no solution. If I phone again - it will cost me more. What is the solution please?

    @Richard_Hirst @BarclaysUK Well Barclays Ive been loyal Barclays Bank customer Im shocked by the lack of customer relations I walked into two branches in Manchester there trying there hardest not to let me seeing anyone like a customer sales person all they want to do is tell me use the barclays app

    Disgraceful Service from Barclays Bank today... Website says open until 4pm.. Get there and Desk shut at 2pm. Unable to cash in change.. No appologies for wrong information just EXCUSES from @BarclaysUK Wigan. NOT GOOD ENOUGH Other Banks have desks open while the doors are Open

    @BarclaysUK the service I received from your bank is to be honest an absolute disgrace. Has taken 7 attempts to get a debit card. No ownership or accountability! Still haven’t got it.
