  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?

  @BarclaysUK Recent Barclays premier customer, as my credit card didn’t work I was forced to use my Barclays debit card for a hold on a deposit for 2 rental cars. Over £30 for the hold and then removal of the hold x 2. Over £120. Tell me why I would continue to bank with Barclays?
