@guzzicraig @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp The problem isnt the language,its the lack of service, lack of contact. The complaint handler has emailed me, I've replied but he's ignored my emails. That is plain rude in any language, or maybe my standards are too high for Barclays?

@BarclaysUK ive switched accounts to another bank ., how do i access my old statements? It wont let me log on online banking, i can get on through the app,but it doesnt show my closed account,just my barclays savings account. Thanks

@BarclaysUK What you don't tell people is that if you have a savings account but no current account you cannot use the app and get no access to any services. Maybe fix that?

@BarclaysUK your telephone banking is terrible. Waited 30mins to get through and spoke to someone who then hung up on me to then go round in circle on your automated system to be on hold for 40 minutes
