    @BarclaysUK The new on line purchase confirmation has gone live today, except it isn't working. I get no notifications in the app to confirm the purchase. And from today no text. Tried calling and got hung up on 3 times. Is this a known bug?

    Hi @BarclaysUK - any idea what the current waiting time is for your telephone banking? My mother wants to transfer some money but she says it costs her a fortune in phone credit as she has to hold for so long. Is there an alternative to costing people money to access their money?

    So the local @BarclaysUK is closing down, It’s the last bank building in town. Time to swap banks and I’m going to convince everyone I can to do the same.
