    @BarclaysUK I just updated my banking app on my iPhone & the login page for the passcode no longer shows that greeting that I set so that it would reassure me that it was the genuine site. Is this deliberate?

    So Barclays Bank has gone from our high street. Nearest one is now MK which is 30 mins away. I have a new phone and no access to the app therefore no access to any money @BarclaysUK

    Hey @BarclaysUK your chat service in app absolutely stinks as does most of your app. Little option to input anything anywhere itโ€™s literally just non applicable options to select or call - something I struggle with.

    @BarclaysUK Been a Barclays customer ever since I came to London but now a payment of over ยฃ10,000 is stuck somewhere between the sender bank and Barclays for OVER A MONTH now and Barclays cannot give me any written evidence??? Are you SERIOUS?!
