    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysNews Board oversight matters. A titanium screw snapped after 8 months. I paid £2,000 under protest. @Barclaycard refuse my Section 75 claim using legally incorrect reasoning. Their own final response admits service failures. This deserves scrutiny.

    @BarclaysUK how do I contact yourselves as I cannot use the phone. The website says use the Barclays chat, this doesn't work as the app says Chat is not available. I just want to know when I will get the switch offer?

    @BarclaysUK can you please confirm when I can speak to a human on the app chat? It has been down for weeks and I need to close a fixed savings accunt that you automaticaly set up without my authorisation at the maturity i of a previous fixed term savings account.

    @BarclaysUK I just updated my banking app on my iPhone & the login page for the passcode no longer shows that greeting that I set so that it would reassure me that it was the genuine site. Is this deliberate?

    @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times
