Rang @BarclaysUK as I got a message saying I needed to download the latest app, the operative told me I had to delete the app then download it, it was the only way. I then scrolled down in the App Store & there it was - saying ‘update’. Sorry, but that caused me needless stress!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp would really appreciate your guidance. How long should a customer ‘hold-on’ to speak to Customer Services? Terminated call at 18 minutes to preserve my sanity.

@BarclaysUK an hour on hold for the second time in a week, Twitter help not moving anything forward, Facebook ignored. And I'm the one trying to pay YOU!

@BarclaysUK Barclays are scammers taking away access to my money making me wait 19 days for a new card then you try and complain and you can’t

@BarclaysUK received a letter addressed to MISS PROCTOR to my address. She does not live here. I have lived here for nearly 9 years. Now this final letter is a termination notice requesting £6694.57 from her stating if not paid you will transfer the debt to a recovery unit. HELP!

@Barclays Please help me to get through to a human in your organization. I have wasted 45 minutes waiting in line for help to no avail. Thank you. Your loyal customer of 50 years. @barclayscenter @BarclaysUK

@Harley_Tory I tried that, I identified as a @BarclaysUK ATM machine, I bent over and my wife slid a bank card down the crack of my very pert and well-rounded derriere and she couldn't get any money out. It's all a con.

@BarclaysUK has just suddenly closed my account, apparently, apparently the reason is I'm not a UK resident anymore, can someone help?

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp youve stopped access to my app and card due to fraud I confirmed all transactions were mine. Been told to come in branch to prove with id when I have a broken foot! So until then you’re gatekeeping my money even though I can email/text this proof!!!

True fact: it takes longer to speak to Customer Services @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp than it takes to wait for a new Prime Minister.
