  @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

  @Vamtoperion @Barclays @BarclaysUK They done that to me last month and closed my account. Didn’t even let me switch to another bank. So had to do all my direct debits manually to another new bank. They are using AI to track accounts and if you put cash in they say it’s money laundering. It’s all bull ****!

  @barclaysuk you just started blocking your app on my @grapheneos phone falsely claiming it is rooted. Totally unacceptable and customer unfriendly behaviour that will not be tolerated. Bye bye.

  Had a bank account with @Barclays since I was 16. Today they rejected a payment to someone because they were satisfied. Guess what I’m a grown man. I won’t be held hostage by @BarclaysUK closing my account down!!!!!!

  @BarclaysUK @Barclays please change your treatment of newly bereaved elderly widows. My mum is bedbound with stage 4 COPD, oxygen dependent, partially blind and was utterly surprised to find my Dad had a joint account with her. But could she access it? Not without several...🧵

  @BarclaysUK @Thetruth_1971 I have the same problem! Every time I log in to the banking app I get a stupid App Terms page appearing that can’t be agreed to or closed or removed! Makes the app completely unusable!!
