    @BarclaysUK @Barclays really disappointed at having to waste hours trying to switch mortgage due to misinformation and inappropriate appointment being booked. Have been premier customer for almost 20 years and the service has deteriorated drastically! Extremely poor.

    @BarclaysUK I’m a long-time premier customer, tried to call 5 times over the last two days and keep hearing “sorry we can’t take your call right now, please try again later.” WTF is going on?

    I am still trapped in @BarclaysUK #avios scheme - a technical issue means I can’t leave the scheme. They just keep refunding my fee but that’s really not the point. @BarclaysUKHelp are lovely and I feel we’re friends now but they can’t do anything. @FSCS haven’t really helped. 🤯
