    @BarclaysUK Hi @Barclays, I am a Premier Account client and have tried during last 3 months to increase my credit card limit. Yes, 3 MONTHS !!! The app is not working. I call and they asked me to do it on the app. What a poor service.

    @BarclaysUK 2 hours wait time to speak to a customer service representative???? 2 weeks to post a letter dated 8th Sep to my solicitor. Some would think you are deliberately wanting my mortgage offer to expire

    Dear God @BarclaysUK chat service is appalling 5 hours and still waiting on a response - closing Branches should mean a better online/telephone service !

    @BarclaysUK awful service, travel pack plus paid for for years. Car with a flat on the dual carriageway and RAC never set up and it takes 48 hours! Useful when we are sitting on the side of the road! What have we been paying for? Time to swap banks!

    @BarclaysUK Two hours to answer the phone. And it wasn’t any better a few months ago so don’t say it’s due to recent rate rises. Absolutely appalling service. You now have one less customer.

    @BarclaysUK have no problem waiting 2 hours to get through given everyone in the country is probably trying now - but please don’t hang up 2 minutes into my call, id waited all night…
