  @HukAleksandra Fair enough then. I recently had massive issues with @BarclaysUK stopping all my crypto purchases to the point I just closed my account. Banking in the UK is getting too sinister in my opinion.

  @BarclaysUK I just updated my banking app on my iPhone & the login page for the passcode no longer shows that greeting that I set so that it would reassure me that it was the genuine site. Is this deliberate?

  Shambolic customer service from @BarclaysUK beware! My wallet was stolen and it took me ages to get through the robotic system then wait another 30 minutes to report the theft. Is it so much to ask to have a dedicated line for emergencies? What if my phone was stolen as well?
