Allegedly 2 have been posted out, but they have not been received. You refuse to send via courier at OUR cost. You refuse to allow her grandson to collect it in a branch

So had to do all my direct debits manually to another new bank. They are using AI to track accounts and if you put cash in they say it’s money laundering. It’s all bull ****!

Rebecca Armstrong-Corbett (@racperspective) reported@BarclaysUK If you’re a disabled customer, this is my experience. Barclays says some account issues must be discussed on a secure channel. Yet I can’t use secure chat for 10 days. I can’t use Relay or get to a branch. What secure alternative is there? Still waiting for an answer.

M (@M0000000000004) reported@Barclays @BarclaysUK , Worse Bank Ever ! Every day Having to Call them, >5 times in last ten days or so. They block the most redisclose of payments like to your energy provider, Or you shop for an hour in a supermarket to get to checkout and they decline your card, then block it after u check balance in a machine outside, to only then when you see you have money in there struggling to understand wtf is going on, you try remove the money then it kills the card. Every one knows how embarrassing issues like huge que waiting for me and my useless plastic. Then U have to apply new card.... "We activated the touchless payment so u can use it while you wait for new card", they say. Ordered card on 11th the card never turns up but a letter from them did. and surprise surprise u can use it in all the shops touchless other than the shops you want to use it. Great work guys..... @grok what do you make of these shenanigans, do you think a bank like this is fit for purpose ?

I would like to open a business account, as I am not satisfied with the service I receive from Barclays. I have had a business account with them since 2019, but the customer service has been consistently poor, so I have decided to stop working with them. Thank you for your help. "

Nicki Schu (@NickiSchu) reported@BarclaysUK Never experienced worse service. If you are an expat considering opening a UK bank account STAY AWAY. They will close your account, take your money, and make it impossible to get it back. This is even after visiting a UK branch in person.
