    @BarclaysUK been trying for 2 weeks to get hold of anyone over #techpack Having to hold a phone line for at least an hour before I give up. Cannot login, can't create an account, no online chat but you are still taking £14 every month. What are my options here?

    @BarclaysUK 1)Once again absolutely abominable service (loosely called service) from Barclays. Have now been on the phone for 1 hour 55 mins!! Ordered a Barclaycard to buy a new laptop from John Lewis. Received card, activated it and payment declined!

    Shoutout to @BarclaysUK for continuing to send me bank alert emails regarding an account I closed 8 yrs ago when I was an Erasmus student in the UK, and asking me to “go to my local office or call” a UK number. When I said that’s impossible because I don’t live there, 1/2

    @BarclaysUK 3) what did she do, put me through to India who could not understand and she cut me off. Tried to speak to Jess again and she finished work at 3pm and said she would call me Monday. Fat lot of good! Rubbish service. Ended up buying laptop on debit card. Waste of time

    @BarclaysUK I requested a new statement on Friday. It’s still not arrived today. If I have to call you, it’ll be the seventh time in two weeks. Twice this week I’ve been cut off according to you, but strangely, I heard the phone going down. #GetItSorted
