One of them clearly working from home but actually at the local Starbucks or something. Nice to see they have competent employees too…

@BarclaysUK takes nearly £600 from my account in error, and then they expect me to wait 3-5 working days to get it back. I can pay money immediately with a debit card, and they're a bank. They know they made an error. Why can't they pay that back immediately? Terrible service.
