    @BarclaysUK In 99% of cases the default assumption will be correct. People can use the neutral 'they' if unsure. In the remaining 1% of cases, the non-binary person can just correct without getting offended, honest mistake. Saves time and stops all this becoming an unnecessary issue.

    @andyfox42 @BarclaysUK I'm sure you will be missed, but by Barclays doing this it will support their trans staff. Respect costs nothing so perhaps invest in some.
