@BarclaysUK It is unacceptably impossible to cancel a lost card. I have been phoning various numbers which just tell me to use the app. Don't have it. Can't set it up without card. Don't have my card which is why I need to cancel it.

Have been with @BarclaysUK since I was 10 years old and was proud to bank with them and @barclayswealth. But the customer service has been abysmal since we set up a business account with them and they refuse to help AT ALL. Not sure what I can do @BarclaysUKHelp

@BarclaysUK your operation in Walsall branch is close to pathetic. Only one paying in machine and the counter closes at 2pm. Why? You’re meant to be open till 4:30pm for all banking services, I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to deposit some cash. Your customer service is poor.

@BarclaysUK You are the scams you took £6200 out my account yesterday transferred it to your own bank won’t give me any information any help just to put a complaintcan I wait with 2 children to feed and bills to pay this has caused distress I have been told by Barclays to go to a food bank

Have to vent about @Barclaycard. I can't set up online banking unless I know my credit limit from a previous statement. But @BarclaysUK don't send me paper statements; I can only access them online. But I can't go online without details from my statement. Argh! Just let me pay!😵💫
