    @BarclaysUKHelp absolutely shocking customer service from Barclays spent over a hour on the phone trying to speak to someone!! Gave up on the end got sick of listening the the most horrific music that I’m sure they play on purpose so people have the phone up!!! #barclaysuk

    @BarclaysUK I just spent AN HOUR on the phone internationally with your support, and it cut off after exactly 60 minutes. I assume that was my phone company. How do I get a callback?

    @BarclaysUK I opened a premier account on Wednesday, now I can't access the app at all (error 00002). Restarted, the app is up-to-date and everything else works fine.

    Going to uninstall the @BarclaysUK Android app. Plenty of funds but payment declined three times and no advice in the app as to why. Felt like a right *** putting the shopping back. NO Barclays customer service on a Sunday. Would not recommend. Looking for a new bank.

    Hey @BarclaysUK . I have wasted 25 mins trying to get through to someone about the accounts on mine that you have closed. But you have a time-wasting and useless call handling system, and staff (eventually) who can't do anything. Give me some service!
