@BarclaysUK I am calling you, my god it is a nightmare. Your AI is insisting talking about "my account" is not enough to send me to the long queue of any team. BTW, are you aware covid is over and is not an excuse to understaffing your service creating 40 minute queues?

@kellykurdt @BarclaysUK It might come to that, but I'm told that it is because the loans team isn't customer facing and only they can do it (???) but it will be flagged by the system 'probably in three days though it does say we're expecting two more payments'. Just amazing levels of incompetence tbh.

@BarclaysUK finally moving from your bank after 12 years. No customer service whatsoever. Who runs a business in 2022 where phone lines don’t open on a Saturday and a live chat takes 45 mins to respond #badcustomerservice

@BarclaysUK I visited your only remaining branch in the city of Swansea this morning to pay coin into account. You only open the cash desk Mon-Fri I was informed. I work Mon-Fri? How am I supposed to pay actual money into my accounts? You charge me a fee yet I cannot access them?
