    @BarclaysUK it’s impossible to get through to this bank. I have wanted to close my account for 3 days - you are directing people to the app where you cannot close the account and then you direct to CHAT which after 30 mins tell customers it cannot help. There is no email address

    @BarclaysUK atrocious service. Spent most of the morning on the phone only to be told to go to branch. Go to branch and only one desk open and up to 20 people queuing down street. Closes at 2pm. How is anybody with a full time job expected to do their banking?!

    @BarclaysUK you keep sending me texts claiming my email details are incorrect, but deny me the ability to respond, since they are sent from a ‘no reply’ number. You don’t have a customer services email address, so I can’t contact you by email. What is going on? FFS!
