    @BarclaysUK I have waited for 10 days for my card to arrive. I cannot even use my current card. Now, you tell me it’s not processed and they require another 5 days?! Not to mention the costumer service. HORRIBLE.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Absolutely horrible experience with Barclays customer service these past few weeks. Final straw was turning up for an in-branch appt yesterday that I booked via the app chat option a week ago to find it had never actually been booked by the CSR. (1)

    @BarclaysUK You are the scams you took £6200 out my account yesterday transferred it to your own bank won’t give me any information any help just to put a complaintcan I wait with 2 children to feed and bills to pay this has caused distress I have been told by Barclays to go to a food bank

    @BarclaysUK your operation in Walsall branch is close to pathetic. Only one paying in machine and the counter closes at 2pm. Why? You’re meant to be open till 4:30pm for all banking services, I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes to deposit some cash. Your customer service is poor.

    @BarclaysUK It is unacceptably impossible to cancel a lost card. I have been phoning various numbers which just tell me to use the app. Don't have it. Can't set it up without card. Don't have my card which is why I need to cancel it.
