  @BarclaysUK I have been on hold for 32 minutes and was cut off, so called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes and the was cut off again. I really need to talk to someone who can help as the app wouldn’t allow me to make a payment I needed to.

  @BarclaysUK ive switched accounts to another bank ., how do i access my old statements? It wont let me log on online banking, i can get on through the app,but it doesnt show my closed account,just my barclays savings account. Thanks
