    @amazon send me the wrong item. Won't return or replace. So you know what. I have given you every chance and give you all the evidence and pictures of this. You won't fix your mistake. Well as a uk customer I am doing a section 75 charge back with my bank @BarclaysUK I tried!!!!

    @BarclaysUK so you changed the system and sent me a membership number to use Barclays internet banking instead of the Barclaycard site. Didn’t work. Spent an hour on the phone supposedly sorted. No. And now my phone app isn’t working and have deleted and downloaded it three times

    @BarclaysUK 3 x fraudulent looking charges have appeared on our business account overnight. This is not the first time in the past year. Do you have any fraud protection at all? Or is it open season? Reaching you is deliberately difficult. Some “service” 🙄 👎🏻

    Anybody else had to wait on @BarclaysUK @Barclays to release a charge on a property? Loan paid off 2 yrs ago! Been nearly 1 week since contacting them to get any positive response! Refinancing being delayed causing cash flow issues !!
