@BarclaysUK you closed down your branch in my town, now i have to travel 5 miles to the nearest branch - but it's ok, because Pride.🙄 I changed banks BTW because you couldn't care less about the customers in my town.

@BarclaysUK @barclaysuk need to concentrate on the basics, like getting their customers names correct on their automated system, something they haven't managed to do in my case despite numerous conversations with their 'customer service' team. I'm sure the CEO wouldn't have the same problem!

@petiteJeanine @BarclaysUK Only problem being that all banks are signed up to this **** to some degree or another. Bank of Iran looks like the only option.
