Cannot believe that when my 16yr old daughter visited @BarclaysUK in Cambridge yesterday. They left her in a office, didn't deal with her bank card issue, then after 45 mins told her to leave as the branch was closing 🤬. Bank card still not working! 😡

@BarclaysUK 7/7 - 0/10 for customer service I'm afraid and I feel sorry for the vulnerable people and elderly who are not used to carrying out transaction digitally. Aside from the very real danger of pickpockets, the stress of going to the bank would deter them from even attempting a trip.

@BarclaysUKHelp have you found out who my complaints handler is that you spoke to earlier today? I can’t locate who it is, and not heard back from anyone at @BarclaysUK about the court order information at all yet, nor from the complaints team. Please help.
