    @BarclaysUK just been cut off after holding an hour on phone. Trying to find out how to add users to community club business online service. Nothing helpful on website and in branch staff had no idea either. Any help would be great thank you.

    Quite unbelievable that I am still waiting for @BarclaysUK to even acknowledge my complaint that they received on the 5th of November 2022. According to the Barclays website "we aim to contact you within 24 hours." I have now referred my complaint to the Ombudsman

    @VeteransGovUK @JohnnyMercerUK @BarclaysUK Stop wasting money on reports and get some dam work done, try watching and listening to those that work with these veterans and hear what we are told what help they need, so far all I see is lots of words and very little action, each time I’m a little bit more disappointed

    @BarclaysUK I'm locked out of my mobile app and online banking with error code BA040. Tried calling but stuck on hold - Can't log in online as the mobile pin sentry doesn't work either and don't have a physical one
