    @BarclaysUK @Barclays really disappointed at having to waste hours trying to switch mortgage due to misinformation and inappropriate appointment being booked. Have been premier customer for almost 20 years and the service has deteriorated drastically! Extremely poor.

    @BarclaysUK what is going on? Customer service is dreadful. Left on hold for half an hour -had to give up. Haven’t been able to get on my mobile banking app for days. Just keeps showing the go paperless page but not able to click go fully paperless or other option.

    @BarclaysUK whats the point in sending me text alerts to ring your finance team if you then never pick up the phone to sort the issue cos it can't be done online. Just Music on the line, no indication of where I am in a service que.

    Tried reaching @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp by phone (hours of wait), email, chat. Nothing works. Need to sort out a payment issue. Went to a branch @Barclays , can't help for mortgages. Frustration since a week.
