    @BarclaysUK Worse customer service u need to beg for the documents in this modern world you can’t generate #bankstatement you need to call them which they never pick and call back even chat makes u wait for hours to get a single reply. Interim statement takes 48 hrs even in urgency get ready

    @BarclaysUK if u r in ‘persistent debt’ (have an expired card n make minimum payments 👀) Barclays remove ur ability to be able to make online payments and access ur statements. So u make it harder to get on top of & monitor the debt … make that make sense 🤔

    @BarclaysUK chat service is sooooo bad! Been trying for almost 24 hours to cancel and a recall a direct debit that was not due and now the chat service has gone down. #poor especially when they keep pushing you to that service.
