    @BarclaysUK the callback you arranged hasn’t happened & your webchat hasn’t replied to the message yesterday as they are still too busy & your customer lines are also subject to delays. Apparently I need an appt to resolve in branch but can’t get thru to make one. Can you help?

    @BarclaysUK customer service is absolutely diabolical! Complaints team can’t even deal with a complaint, they can’t call you back as agreed and then hang up on you when you ring…. Another 40 minutes in a queue 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

    Why are @BarclaysUK @Barclays so bloody difficult to contact? Remove access to your app and then tell you that you have to go into your app to fix it 🤡

    So to summise. Good interest rate if you can actually get it, whack site, whack app, whack customer services & no knowledge of GDPR. Stick with @BarclaysUK or @VernonStockport it is then. 🤑

    @BarclaysUK lost my card Monday, was told I'd be able to use contactless on my mobile until the new card comes. Tues, used it fine. Weds morning, huge error message saying I'm unable to use that feature , which I discovered as I'm trying to board my train for work 🤬🤬

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp @Barclays I was supposed to get my debit card today at my indian address. Neither did I receive it nor have any tracking id to track the shipment. Checked with the support channel even they are clueless where the shipment or card is. Kindly help me

    Forgotten how awful bank branches can be. Have to pay in cheque at @BarclaysUK for PoA. Can’t use machines because the POA card issued by bank doesn’t work in them. No sign of human help at front desk and massive queue for only staffed desk.

    @BarclaysUK are so so bad. There is not one person who does 24hr emergency, so I am sat here, stranded at a train station,unable to get anywhere for the second time in 3 days on an app glitch they assured me was fixed. And they've all logged off for the day. Gona switch to Monzo
