@BarclaysUK possibly the most critical time for you to be accessible to UK customers and it's impossible to get through on the phone (over 90 minutes), via your chatbot (just times out) and your text facility (just plain doesn't work). Really poor.

@BarclaysUK Hello, how can I pay a cheque into my account now all my local branches are closed. I tried to do it online but can't find how. All the help pages only mention your app which I can't use?

@BarclaysUK can you help me please? I successfully applied for a new rate mortgage in early august. I am still waiting for my paperwork despite two long calls to your call centre. I am now concerned and anxious about it naturally :(

The most horrific service from @Barclaycard and @BarclaysUK this morning now sat in a phone queue wasting more time for the pleasure of trying to sort out the mistake they caused as they cant even arrange someone to call me! Terrible service.

Hey @Barclays @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp - Are your staff trained to use their spit to wipe my wife’s card that isn’t working properly? Can’t believe what I just witnessed in your Drayton, Norwich Branch…😐

@Barclays after two weeks of poor service @BarclaysUK help desk promised me resolution in 48 hours, now after three weeks still nothing. Barclays help desk tried to stop me raising a formal complaint and when they eventually did raise one I have heard nothing back on that either

@timidheathen @BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK Thank you. They dragged me through more before telling me they can’t actually do anything to help me through Twitter chat. Won’t chase up their chat team on the app. Just threats and more gaslighting. I’m still waiting for a reply on the app to the ‘2/3 minute’ wait 12 hours ago

@BarclaysUK Can an existing mortgage customer switch to a new rate more than 90 days of current fixed term ends? If yes, then do they pay early repayment charge, even if they keep their mortgage with you? Thank you 🙏🏽
