Given up, have to book separate appts two trips to town centre and 6 weeks to wait via cannot do it online. Riddiculous in 2023

Asked yesterday for it to be closed and confirmed multiple times yet today I find the account still active on the basis they were waiting for me to confirm yet it was confirmed 3 times!

My father-in-law uses your banking app. He asked me today if l knew how to delete the details of an organisation he has previously paid from the app. The organisation changed accounts so he has 2 entries for the same organisation. Is it possible?
