It's made worse, the fact I've been asking for 10yrs + was told Barclays does not use email, can't make electronic files, can't provide the information in way I can use it

Now my ISA money is locked and called about 12 times and no one knows what's going on. Even tho after I did everything they asked. @BarclaysUKHelp Get your Money Out!!

Rachel H (@rdh789) reportedSuch terrible process from @barclaysuk when wanting to open a new ISA. Need an appointment at my local branch but the only way to book and appointment is to GO TO the branch: no online or direct branch phone to book in. It's 2023, get with the times.
