    @BarclaysUK how can I redeem my mortgage when the account name and account details on the redemption statement you provided don't match? Do not tell me to phone as my wait times just to get the statement ranged from 57 to 68 minutes. I don't bank with Barclays so app no help.

    @BarclaysUK your app isn't working again. I have to be physically logged in and have the app open to make contactless payments. It defeats the object of convenience paying from the app. Please could someone advise? Thanks
