    So, having not used it for some many years (and a customer of 41 years) @BarclaysUK have just cancelled my agreed overdraft facility! The point of having one is if I might need to use it. Not cancel it because I don't currently use it...appalling! 😡

    @BarclaysUK Total joke of a bank! Payments declined for no reason, advertised 24/7 phone lines are dead, crap customer service, time to find another bank!

    @BarclaysUK @AvivaUK HELP!! We have travel insurance with you. I’m going round in circles trying to get a policy number/proof of insurance. Phone/internet/Barclays. Nothing!

    Having a nightmare with @BarclaysUK! My card is not working while abroad and there’s no way to contact them to find out why! The phone line is shut and chat is “unavailable”! I’m now left stranded in a foreign country!

    @BarclaysUK I’ve been waiting OVER 90 minutes on the app to get some help and OVER 40 minutes on call. This is poor customer service. You automative system are unable to help with my query. When I visit your branch I get told go on the app can’t be served at the branch??

    I’m pretty sure that somehow @BarclaysUK are making small amounts of money temporarily disappear from my online banking app transactions then making them reappear a few days later Sunday some money disappeared & I was nearly caught out at a self service checkout & walked off

    I’m in a recovery centre in SA getting treatment for severe childhood abuse, ptsd from working in the nhs through covid, an eating disorder and addiction. I am still working remotely to fund this but need a loan to cover next 2 months.@Barclays @BarclaysUK are refusing to help me
