    @Richard_Hirst @BarclaysUK Well Barclays Ive been loyal Barclays Bank customer Im shocked by the lack of customer relations I walked into two branches in Manchester there trying there hardest not to let me seeing anyone like a customer sales person all they want to do is tell me use the barclays app

    @BarclaysUK Trying to open a new account. Waited over an hour on 6 separate occasions on video calling app. Disconnected when I reach the top each time. Went to branch today & told 5 weeks wait for an appt. so fed up. Utterly fed up. Pls help.

    I decided a few weeks back to try and tackle it causing a massive spike in anxiety ****. I was told by some that my debt wasn’t big enough to be able to get help, my bank (@BarclaysUK) basically told me I was a bad risk and didn’t want to know me and yesterday I hit a real..2/

    I'd love to know what's "Premier" about the service I've received from @BarclaysUK Chat on the App! Absolutely disgraceful would be a better description. Now I have to phone a premium number from my mobile! After wasting 40 minutes of my day. The same as on Friday! @Barclays

    @BarclaysUK I have now been trying to get an appointment since yesterday on your Apple chat. Apparently now I am being told that due to a “technical issue” the chat has to close and to start a new one in 30-40 minutes!! I am not a app customer so cannot access live chat - poor
