@BarclaysUK hi there the cheque paying in option in the app is not working, I have multiple cheques to pay in.. it was fine to use until recently has changed again. Local branches have closed so that isn’t an option. Is this being repaired?

@BarclaysUK promised 2 calls back from you and never received them. You’ve closed my account without permission and shut down my access to the app (error code BA040). Don’t really know what more I can do to get help at this point..

@BarclaysUK your chat feature is horrible. I go back to respond to a message and it’s either gone, reset or no input box to respond. @monzo nailed the chat since their launch and you guys are still playing catch-up. Bad service as usual 😖

@BarclaysUK: Not sure if it's just my phone but there seems to be a problem with your app. When I open it, it freezes. P.S.: There should be a way to access your account online without a PINSentry device or app in emergencies.

@Scott_Helme @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp I sent around 30 emails/messages and spent approx 16hours over 1month. Each person wanted to start from the beginning and no one would deal with it. Then one person sent a letter to the incorrect address and it was treated as a data breach. Awful service.

@KRihanoff @BarclaysUK Move to another bank, Kristina. I was with Barclays once. Dreadful customer service. Had you also noticed they're always the first with any change that benefits them and not their customers.? It's Barclays every time. Just dreadful.
