Stood in my now local @BarclaysUK branch ( miles away) waiting for an advisor so I can confirm my identity on my business account that I’ve had for over 7 years ! No staff available and the wait is ridiculous. What has happened to customer service? Get local branches back

@BarclaysUK had a passive aggressive letter about our community account, rang and got told wait time was 2 hours, requested call back who hung up on me when they called. Now ringing to complain and in a 40 minute q. Your service is terrible more staff may help - just saying!

@BarclaysUK I have been in branch yesterday not naming branch - told they would call with appointment to speak face to face couldn't do - so called this morning and customer services advised 25th February - in 10 days !! Joke ! Looking for a new bank that wants to bank now "
