@BarclaysUK My daughter is 17 and has a young person account with you. Can she set up direct debits from this type of account? She is having trouble getting a verification code and customer service weren’t able to help.

@BarclaysUK If a customer is on the phone to you, to and fro sorting something out and u fail to mention that you've sent a notice out that ends up seriously harming their credit file but you've actually sent it to the wrong address so the customer doesn't even know, would u rectify this ?

Annoyed by an email from @BarclaysUK, saying that if I meet certain criteria they will deign to waive the fees for a Premier account. Even if I don't naturally meet the criteria, I could easily organise things so that I do - but as a customer of ~50 years, why should I have to?

@BarclaysUK still no bank card, going abroad on Thursday. Huge inconvenience have now tried to call and resolve this 4 times, spending a total of 72 minutes on hold! Beyond poor customer service!

@BarclaysUK Hi,Barclays! I want to close my Barclays account, because my card will expire today ( April 22 ).I am not in the uk, cannot log in my account by App or online bank. So, I would like to know is there any other way to transfer money out of my account?
