    .@BarclaysUK your customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. We haven’t been able to get through in over a week. Waited over an hour each time then got cut off every time. You need to employ more call centre staff immediately

    @BarclaysUK Why should I when you closed my local branch due to the 'push to online banking' and lower footfall even though we have just been through a pandemic and restricted hours were in place with limited access to number of people allowed on premises.!!!!!

    @aishcloud @Barclays But why would you do that @BarclaysUK? You should support your customers by automatically giving the consent to let (without charges) to all customers caught out in this nightmare. What is exactly your reasoning for refusal? What does it have to do with you who lives in the flat?
