    As if out of no where @BarclaysUK have completely blocked my personal and business accounts with all my funds in. A house, bills and two kids during these times but don’t you scummy pricks worry about that. Anyone had this problem? No help from Barclays help desk at all

    Why is having any dealings with @BarclaysUK And @Barclaycard so painful. Power of Attorney issues mean just under an hour on the phone and 4 different people had no idea what they were doing. Thank God I bank with @firstdirect They know how to do phone banking

    @paulcconnell @BarclaysUK I’m in exactly the same situation with @virginmedia right now too. Completely optimised for call centre efficiency rather than customer convenience. Would be nice if those two things weren’t polar opposites. Good luck!

    Your CSV data export interface is currently broken, @Barclays , @BarclaysUK , @BarclaysUKHelp, and as the result breaks 3rd party integrations. 1. Transaction types are exported as user-friendly, not raw. i.e. "Funds Transfer" instead of "FT". 2. The "memo" field duplicates data.
