    @BarclaysUK I subscribed to the Barclay Tech Pack Lite on the 8th of July this year, I made a claim on the 11th of July and the Phone has still not been fixed! They have taken £26 to fix it, £9 a month since July. I have called the company 4 times only to be hung up on! HELP!🤬

    @gavinwatson @BarclaysUK Having problems with them too after being insured for many years. Appalled at their lack of service. They obviously don’t want to pay out on valid claims.

    Never had an issue with @BarclaysUK but the one time I go to pay a large sum into my account with cash, the machine stops working and then to be told they can't open the machine till Monday really ruins the whole mood towards the company 😡 now I can't collect my car today 😡😡

    @BarclaysUKHelp She has also spoken to the complaints team. It’s a joke. Branch & you guys on Twitter seem so understanding & as soon as you get through on the phones its like speaking to robots that have no compassion! I’ve never known such bad customer service @BarclaysUK #badcustomerservice
