    On hold with @BarclaysUK over 2hrs. Also on hold to online web chat, after 50 mins, operator initially gave incorrect info then chat become slow and sticky and closed. Does anything work anymore. Maybe just miss a payment then they will be in touch. Jokers.

    This is bloody useless, @BarclaysUK. All I want to know is how long I'm on my fixed rate for, so I don't get a nasty surprise. There are no docs on my online banking, no info on online banking, chat is broken, online messages aren't being looked at & 2 hour wait on the phone...

    @BarclaysUK whats the point in sending me text alerts to ring your finance team if you then never pick up the phone to sort the issue cos it can't be done online. Just Music on the line, no indication of where I am in a service que.

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays really disappointed at having to waste hours trying to switch mortgage due to misinformation and inappropriate appointment being booked. Have been premier customer for almost 20 years and the service has deteriorated drastically! Extremely poor.

    @BarclaysUK Two hours to answer the phone. And it wasn’t any better a few months ago so don’t say it’s due to recent rate rises. Absolutely appalling service. You now have one less customer.

    @BarclaysUK What the hell is going on? Your entire services appears to be collapsing before our eyes. EVERY SINGLE interraction with you now is a total nightmare. I have been a customer for 40 years. I am closing all accounts and moving to Metro Bank. You are in chaos.

    @BarclaysUK 2 hours wait time to speak to a customer service representative???? 2 weeks to post a letter dated 8th Sep to my solicitor. Some would think you are deliberately wanting my mortgage offer to expire
