    I have just had an awful call with a @BarclaysUK business banking agent. They called me and were rude because I didn’t have the info to hand they wanted! No way to make a complaint on website so reverting to Twitter … anyone out there from Barlclays who gives a damn?

    @BarclaysUK I have banked with you for over 25 years. I have a business and current account with you. Only to be told that you can't open a new business account for me and I should go to another bank to open it and then switch back when you can!! Amazing customer service.NOT!

    @Jones4PilkyPark @BarclaysUK @SixTownHousing They may have u-turned on abolishing the 45p rate, but they're still committed to over £40 billion in tax cuts for the rich, paid for by another round of austerity and cuts to the most vulnerable. Also, just wait and see what happens to an already broken NHS and Police!
