The website says "If you want to withdraw over £2,000, please give us 24 hours’ notice so we can make sure the money’s ready for you to collect" but branch phone numbers aren't provided. Had a 75k business loan approved over a week ago and still no documents. Our account manager was superb, only to be let down by inexplicable poor admin.
