    @BarclaysUK Never experienced worse service. If you are an expat considering opening a UK bank account STAY AWAY. They will close your account, take your money, and make it impossible to get it back. This is even after visiting a UK branch in person.

    @BarclaysUK I just updated my banking app on my iPhone & the login page for the passcode no longer shows that greeting that I set so that it would reassure me that it was the genuine site. Is this deliberate?

    @EmmaLewell It's hard to believe the poor quality service @BarclaysUK is permitted to get away with, despite the profits that I think @IanLaveryMP recently drew attention to. I couldn't get the ATM to work but, hilariously, its Shields branch isn't staffed on a Saturday!

    @BarclaysUK The csv download of transactions from my Barclaycard account using the Barclays online banking truncates the pennies making it useless. For example, a transaction of Ā£10.56 will be Ā£10.00 in the downloaded file. Is this a known issue?

    @BarclaysUK Your service is the worst I have ever seen in my lifetime. Your advisors talk but don't do anything. Do any of your systems actually work. You are a disgrace to the Banking Industry and Humanity. I hope you go under. Hang your head in shame.

    @BarclaysUK @HomeOfCricket ust found out you allow MBR to bank with you. They breed Beagles to be tortured in labs abroad. Are you sure you want to help people like this?
