Seems that the @BarclaysUK KYC team have messed up big time. Online access lost for loads of customers even though they have “successfully completed” the process. Great!

@BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp youve stopped access to my app and card due to fraud I confirmed all transactions were mine. Been told to come in branch to prove with id when I have a broken foot! So until then you’re gatekeeping my money even though I can email/text this proof!!!

@BarclaysUK received a letter addressed to MISS PROCTOR to my address. She does not live here. I have lived here for nearly 9 years. Now this final letter is a termination notice requesting £6694.57 from her stating if not paid you will transfer the debt to a recovery unit. HELP!
