    Anyone else having #contactlesspayments with #Barclays cards being declined? @BarclaysUK told me it was a technical issue with a number of accounts. Why the silence from them explaining this???

    @balhamnewsie @tootingnewsie @BarclaysUK Barclays customer service has been appalling during the pandemic. It's hardly going to get better with branch closures. An hour wait recently at the branch in Wimbledon.

    @abrooks017 @BarclaysUK (2) into disrepute as a result of some low-life insurance company. I wouldn't have expected that from something Barclays sold since their customer service for everything else has been top-notch and staff extremely helpful. Ditch LSG Barclays before it's too late.
