There are veterans in worse situations than Banking that need help.... sadly you don't recognise that... you fit well into the vacated OVA chair.... and have achieved the same as the previous incumbent!

    @BarclaysUK the company you have subcontracted your Gadget Cover to Likewize are the worst company I and it seems many others have ever dealt with. They send out repeated faulty phones with awful service. Customers please do not waste your money on this cover/ product.

    @BarclaysUK not only block my dads card for no reason. Made us drag an 83 yr old who is disabled to the bank to during a pandemic and when get him there refuse him to take money our of his own account because a complaint has been put in. Where's the call for the complaint?

    @BarclaysUK digital services (mobile and browser) are so embarrassingly bad that they'd be better off just not offering them.... 40 minutes into trying to download my statements for a year - so 12 tiny pdf files. Constant errors, files not starting to download, etc.

    @BarclaysUK absolutely disgusted with customer service in fraud. Bank access was blocked a week ago, spoke to them about transactions but a week later still blocked. Spoke to someone today and they said i have to wait for a letter to go out. Nobody rang me, i had to ring them.

    @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK how can my partner+ I plan for our future when your app/website doesn't allow us to export current bank statements? You're literally preventing us from getting a valuation on our mortgage - we need to do by next week to secure our dream house otherwise its gone
