    @BarclaysUK @NatWest_Help Yes, you must tap backwards a month at a time to get to your DOB. If you grumble, the ‘helper’ says “it isn’t helping to complain”. At the end, “can I do anything else to help”. “Yes, is it true you can’t approve transactions on mobile?” “I can’t answer – you’re not mandated.”

    I’m in a recovery centre in SA getting treatment for severe childhood abuse, ptsd from working in the nhs through covid, an eating disorder and addiction. I am still working remotely to fund this but need a loan to cover next 2 months.@Barclays @BarclaysUK are refusing to help me

    @BarclaysUK Check your credit file if banking with barclays. They've reported no payment for 2 years on my loan despite no payments ever being missed. Destroyed my credit rating and doing nothing at all to rectify their error.

    Do you really want my feedback? How about someone in customer services let’s me know progress with resolution of the @Barclays @barclaysUK systems fault? - you know, how about doing some customer service and forget chasing customers for feedback..

    So, having not used it for some many years (and a customer of 41 years) @BarclaysUK have just cancelled my agreed overdraft facility! The point of having one is if I might need to use it. Not cancel it because I don't currently use it...appalling! 😡

    @BarclaysUK I have a problem. On thursday may 5th I made a bank transfer from Spain to an account in your bank but they tell me that the money still hasn't arrived to the account. I want to check if my transfer has already been received. Please someone else can help me?

    I’m pretty sure that somehow @BarclaysUK are making small amounts of money temporarily disappear from my online banking app transactions then making them reappear a few days later Sunday some money disappeared & I was nearly caught out at a self service checkout & walked off
