    Hey @Xero. On your "Disruptions to bank feeds" you said you're working with @BarclaysUK to sort out the bug around Barclaycard Business customers who are unable to connect in Xero. It's been 2 years!!! I'm desperate to add my credit card, my taxes are up this week.

    @BarclaysUK I have been on hold for 32 minutes and was cut off, so called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 14 minutes and the was cut off again. I really need to talk to someone who can help as the app wouldn’t allow me to make a payment I needed to.

    @Xero @BarclaysUK I have already raised a ticket a couple of days ago. No reply yet. But I'm afraid this is beyond the support. It's something you've been struggling with for years, apparently.

    I’m really frustrated with the service on the app. I’ve waited in the queue twice to speak to an advisor to chat, and twice it’s been disconnected. I had a simple query and the advisor has now not replied for 20 min. @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays close Ilkley branch with “online service” being the alternative. 1hr 24 mins of holding to George Michael and Sade - I’ve given up. Terrible support.

    @BarclaysUK bank is absolutely diabolical they close all local branches then the 1s we end up traveling to can not issue money because staff on lunch break. Ridiculous!! 🙈

    @BarclaysUK your telephone banking is terrible. Waited 30mins to get through and spoke to someone who then hung up on me to then go round in circle on your automated system to be on hold for 40 minutes
