Because you’ve shut wednesbury and bilston I drive 10 miles to West Bromwich to find that it’s shut on Wednesday???? So another 7 miles to Walsall and no counter service and one machine open!!!!

Turned up, with proof and witness, and the only person who could do it couldn't do it as they don't have time. Was told it would only take 10 mins. What service is this?
