    My local @BarclaysUK that is hardly ever open with queues out the door when it is, is closing down for good in June. Been on hold 55 mins to speak to someone on telephone banking and no one is answering on online chat. No wonder oldies stash their money under the mattress!!

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays: after having spent 60 mins holding the line for your telephone banking team I got 'lucky' and a human answered only to advise he could not resolve the issue and put me back to square one meaning having to go through your telephone banking checks again

    @Apple you’re 0% interest offer looks very good. Sadly the application process is broken somewhere, having tried 3 times today I just give up. @BarclaysUK don’t seem to be able to help either. So good offer, not able to complete it .

    @InglisAmanda @BarclaysUK Definitely a worse customer service ever I have logged my claim on 1st April still ongoing poor communication even I have submitted all the details requested we are on days 19 and zero progress Ridiculous.
