    Has anyone tried to open a savings account for children recently @BarclaysUK @LloydsBank ... impossible. No staff bar doormen @BarclaysUK rude, unpleasant & totally unhelpful. You "will have nothing & be happy"

    @BarclaysUK what is going on with the chat service on the app??? I’ve tried for 2 days to get an answer to my question and the whole thing is a shambles! Not impressed!

    @BarclaysUK To whom it may concern. Yesterday I was unable to get onto the Barclays app.Error code and a phone number to ring on Monday after 9am.When I rang I was told because I didn’t update something on the app in 2021 my account had been closed.

    Why is having any dealings with @BarclaysUK And @Barclaycard so painful. Power of Attorney issues mean just under an hour on the phone and 4 different people had no idea what they were doing. Thank God I bank with @firstdirect They know how to do phone banking
