    @toontotown @BarclaysUK Had exactly the same problem mate. Their Chat service allows you to create/write your message but then Barclays reply when they want too. I found that so frustrating my only option left was to go speak our local branch.

    @BarclaysUK Just been charged £3.53 bank charges even though my account is in credit. Tried using the app and its impossible to make them understand. First of all they assumed I was referring to a Barclaycard charge and then they assumed I'd lost my card !!??

    @BarclaysUK @Barclays REALLY, REALLY ANGRY ANND UNIMPRESSED. Trying to access an account I don't often use (can't think why!!!) because client mistakenly paid into it. Can't get online - tells me to phone to set up passcode system, SAYS on page, 24 hour service. Try to phone 1/2

    2/2 AND?? ALL phone lines, even fraud lines 9am - 5pm only, Mon - Fri. NOT 24 HOURS not even reasonable. (Suppose I had a fraud query?!!) Don't most businesses work outside these hours??? Your rivals don't have this problem. Don't use @BarclaysUK!!! Will sort and close accounts.

    @BarclaysUK wondering if someone could help, visited the Cardiff city centre branch in December to organise an executors account. Just received confirmation no account created and all paperwork probably destroyed. Not the best news. Any thoughts? @BarclaysUK

    @BarclaysUK Absolutely useless, can’t register for online banking as old phone number listed. 20 mins on hold and various security questions answered before I actually get to speak to someone who says I must go into branch with passport or similar. Shocking service

    Well, @BarclaysUK have replaced their previously excellent customer service help with the worst chatbot + chat queue I've ever experienced. Seriously, why would you destroy your own reputation this way?* (*kidding, we all know why)
