Just rang @LloydsBank customer service. They was a 30 minute queue so I was asked to leave my name and number so a customer service chap can ring me back when I reach the top of the queue. Sensible approach. @BarclaysUK you should learn from this.

@BarclaysUKHelp @BarclaysUK My teen got a new device and tried to register on the app again but it comes up with error RP029 saying she’s registered the max amount of times which I believe is 6. She only got the app for the 1st time this year, there’s no way she’s had 6 devices!

42 minutes on the phone holding to @BarclaysUK but when I did get through the woman on the other end of the phone was delightful. Feel i could have chatted all day. That's how you do customer service.

@NathalieNahai @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp Had similar experiences with Barclays tech support. Had my card cloned and it took me all day to report and sort. They repaid the £1,200 nicked but it was VERY stressful.
