    @Barclays @BarclaysUK What is going on with international payments? Hardly ever do 1 but the 1 day I have to make an urgent payment the system doesn’t work. I’ve just wasted half an hour on the phone - costing me to log in from abroad - when is this going to be up & running?

    Now been on hold for an hour and a half to @BarclaysUK. What an absolute joke they now are. Closing branches without a care in the world and simultaneously make it impossible to speak to anyone on the phone either.

    @BarclaysUK chat service is sooooo bad! Been trying for almost 24 hours to cancel and a recall a direct debit that was not due and now the chat service has gone down. #poor especially when they keep pushing you to that service.
