    @ElviraHausler @BarclaysUK Hello it also happen my account for 2 months and I tried contacting their service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with recovery_recovery_account1 on instagram I saw his advert on tv he was the one who got me back into my account he should hlp you

    @BarclaysUK I used the web chat. He disconnected me. Anyway your unhelpful colleague on the webchat says the branch is closed on a Thursday now. The website says open’s at 9:30 which is it?

    @HalifaxBank possibly the most awful bank to ever deal with!!!! Reported a scam, and Halifax decided to call me and say ‘sorry we can’t do much’. That’s why people prefer @BarclaysUK !!!!!!!!!!!!! 😡

    @BarclaysUK avoid tech pack insurance with Barclays through bright star insurance wherever possible on hold for over an hour everytime! Say they have sorted the problem abd then debit £400 out of your account for no reason but will not answer the phone!!! Worst customer service!

    @apple and @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp together provide shocking service. Because of an email glitch at their end, I am unable to proceed with an order. Wasted an afternoon getting nowhere. #poorcustomerservice
