@BarclaysUK You have made a mistake on my account that is costing me money daily. Both your website and app tell me to call you. I call, spend an hour on hold, and then get cut off within a minute of getting through. This has happened twice. How can I contact you?

@BarclaysUK what is going on, had 3 experiences with your telephone banking ‘system’ in recent weeks & all I’ve got was bounced around menus and disinterested agents and put on hold until I gave up. Literally a dystopian case study in how not to do telephone customer service!
