How many calls do people normally have to make to @BarclaysUK to actually get a problem solved? They appear to only be able to send messages to each other, not actually pick up the phone. I suspect it's because they're all WFT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

  • Dairyboy_Jed Kingjed (@Dairyboy_Jed) reported

@BarclaysUK one hour on hold to report fraud is not an experience I want to experience again and the way you ah e to contact customer service to report anything is ludicrous and one last gripe my accounts don’t tell you interest rates, maturity dates or anything shocking bank

  • Aye_Aye1 Aye Aye (@Aye_Aye1) reported

@BarclaysUK I am unable to access my funds. What is going on?

  • Minghowriter Ming Ho (@Minghowriter) reported

@BarclaysUK Can I to talk to live person via WhatsApp or similar, to resolve urgent issue with payments I’m trying to make via debit card/local app while travelling abroad? Did try to inform bank where I would be, but payments being declined. Calls too expensive; data only sim.

@BarclaysUK I've been on your site for a while. I would think it would be easier to get ahold of someone in your fraud department, but I guess not? Could someone please contact me.

@BarclaysUK is your online chat not working???

  • IsntWorkingPod ThisIsntWorkingPodcast (@IsntWorkingPod) reported

@Jebadoo2 Yup! Trans activists and corporate sponsors NEVER had a normal client-supplier dynamic so they couldn't recalibrate when circumstances changed. There was no need to name @BarclaysUK to make the point, but Pickard seemed angry and couldn't resist. A careless & revealing error.

How does one escalate a problem with @BarclaysUK @Barclays when you're not allowed to speak to a Mgr and all they keep doing is the same thing again and again and expect a different result! #Insanity #ItsMyMoney #EpicFail

  • Neilforrest50 Neil Forrest (@Neilforrest50) reported

@BarclaysUK Hello. It's impossible to speak to someone. All I need to know is with your Cash ISAs can I pay in £20k and then withdraw £10k, and then pay back in £10k in a few months (all in same tax tear). Is this acceptable? Thanks
