    The @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUK saga drags on, and on and on. They have now resorted to cut and past replies about being a responsible lender. (no comment) Have pointed out the issue is systems not fit for purpose and they've asked for my mobile number. This might be progress.

    @JaneSymons1 @BarclaysUK @BarclaysUKHelp a hearing person to help (breaks security protocols) but we didn't have any choice. (I had problems w document upload that involved taking live web cam images, live image of passport etc. that is difficult if you have arthritis in hands and have to take glasses on and off). 2/2

    @BarclaysUK I have just talked to someone from your Customer support and when I realised that he was from Italy, I tried speaking Italian. He said that at Barclays it was not encouraged to speak in other languages on the phone. A good example of Nationalism! #ShameOnYou
